Why are you "Genin's" using Anything above D rank?

Seriously, I stated clearly in the Academy application thread that everyone will start off as Genin's except for the sensei's. If you complete this mission you guys are chuunins and qualify for the Chuunin tournament. But there's not much point when you break the rules of the academy, everyone lost.
