Raw power doesnt always mean you win the battle if that was the case naruto would not have gotten as far as it has take other attributes into consideration besides raw power.

As far as ninja go i would agree with you, but this thread is about tailed beasts. The kyuubi is much stronger than the hachibi and that makes the difference. Tailed beasts don't fight with smarts, skills, or anything like that. They're all about power.
