you are wrongit is easy
1- ametrasu doesn't effect the strong ones becaue it only burned A's right hand and 1 limb from Hachibi but it burned the solder armor in no time
2- 9tail have more chakra than 8tail so he would survive more against kisame
1.the reason why amaterasu burned only A's arm is because it wasn't directed at him, he basically put his hand in the fire, he would have been consumed by the fire if he did not cut his arm. The samurai was being burned because Sasuke aimed at him. Hachibi's complete body was being burned.
2. Kisame is the best bijuu hunter, 9 tails has much chakra, which means that Kisame would only have come stronger. In sage mode, naruto would win; Kyuubi mode, especially v2, no way.
That is normal fire. Amaterasu would surely kill him if Sasuke doesn't turned off

nine tales, it was said that way in the mythology that the bijuus were based upon. Also in the mythology Samehaeda was a subordinate of the 3 tails that stuck to him and absorbed chakra that brought the 3 tails to 5 times it's normal amount of chakra

Kyubii definatly, however the Hacbihi would put up a good fight as he has more physical abilities, such as the suction pads and it seems more muscular.
about A's arm it was direct hit to amaterasu shield and then he was talking like nothing happened after talking with his team like for 1 minute he cut his hand
2- about the 8tails the fire only burned 1 limb not the hole body

1. He was being consumed, that he was stupid or badass enough not to care about his arm is one thing. There is no difference in what Amaterasu can burn.
Anything burn with amaterasu will keep burning until the object dissapears.
2.The Hachibi was the complete body, he subbed his body with the tentacle when the tentacle was cut. The complete Hachibi was being burn. After the substitution, you can see that Hachibi stops moving until you see that he is unconcious.
Even if it was just a tentacle, the size was still big, no matter how you see it. Amaterasu is just too powerful.
i am not saying that amaterasu wont burn him but i am saying it has slower effect
2 - the 8tailed body that was in the fire was a substitution the real B was in the limb that sasuke cut with his lightning

Amaterasu kills what it touches regardless of the time it takes and as for naruto beating kisame thats a complete joke he would run in screaming like a idiot throw all his most powerful moves at him make kisame strong as heck then get drained and captured you need a brain to fight kisame not just brawn

1. It doesn't matter if it has a slower effect (which doesn't) the fire is indistinguishable. Once the fire starts its impossible to stop it.
2. Amaterasu hit first before Sasuke cut the tentacle. Which means that all killer Bee was burning.
