nine tails nice side?

in the newest manga episode is so awesome! just to start by saying that anyway, in the chapter 567 the nine tails is being nice? i just cant wait in till the next one! but 'no one' is controlling all the tailed beast( but 8 and 9), is his eye really that strong?

He's manipulatinge them the way Nagato did to the 6 paths. Although since there are fragments of their being left they have some intellectual and independent thought hence why the 5 tails tried to attack Tobi. You know Tobi is going to retreat or banish them because he won't be able to control them all.
