If this is the giant fox cloak, I wonder if Amaterasu can even burn chakra. Either way though, I think Naruto is way faster now. So I'm not sure if Sasuke's Susano'o can keep up. Unless Sasuke can catch Naruto off guard, I think Naruto will win. With high difficulty though...
