Nikolai was born to a wealthy family, so his life was'nt exceptionally hard, but it did have its challenges, His main problem was his father, his father could afford any teacher he wanted for his son, but his father decided that the best teacher for Nikolai was himself, and from then on, Nikolai's life started to become more complicated.During his Training, Nikolai's Father would not hold back at all, so that often led to broken bones, scars and burns. his next problem was that he was home schooled, so Nikolai didnt have friends. in order to compensate, Nikolai often talked to himself (He still does to this day), and because he talked to himself, his dad beated him severely. When Nikolai Turned 13, he snapped, after an intense sparing match with his father, Nikolai realized two things: one, that his father was getting old, and dying, and the other thing he realized was that, he was fed up with this abuse. After careful plotting, Nikolai decided that he was going to finally beat his father. That night, while his father was sleeping, Nikolai snuck into his room and stole his father's Dagger and stabbed his father in the heart. after his father died, Nikolai left his home, after taking a part of their fortune.
Life As a young adult :
approximately 4 years after he killed his father, Nikolai moved to Kumogakure, and worked with another man: Alexzandr, who was a jounin, while Nikolai was still a genin, soon after they met, they became best friends. the two man cell worked directly for the raikage, and were given special tasks. Their first mission was to stop an assassin trying to kill the raikage during a rally.During the mission, Alexzandr stayed a rally, in the crowd so he wouldnt draw attention to himself, and Nikolai rode to a small cabin, outside of kumo, that some people said was the location of the assassin's supposed headquarters. The reason Nikolai was going to the headquarters and not the higher ranked Alexzandr was because, Nikolai got a tip from a supposed associate of the assassin, who told him their real plan was to kill Alexzandr, who he told nikolai was a double agent for konohagakure, who was going to kill the raikage. the associate also told him that all the proof he needed was in the cabin. Nikolai didnt tell alexzandr about the tip because he didnt want to stir up any unnessicary violence. so he went alone. When Nikolai got to the cabin he triggered a tripwire and the cabin exploded, luckily nikolai jumped back in time, so the blast wasnt fatal, but it did do a lot of damage. Nikolai, jumped back on his horse and went back to the rally, when he arrived, the associate's words were found to be true, because when he got there, he found the Assassin was actually Alexzandr, who succesfully assassinated the raikage with ease and quickly got away just as Nikolai. in order to keep the village at bay, the other elders, arrested Nikolai and sentenced him to 2 years in jail,and because he was working with Alexzandr during the time of the assassionation, they also senteced him to death after he served in jail.
Death of a friend and rise of the assassin/Adult life:
Nikolai was 19 as he was sentenced to hang, and everyone was there to witness his death. As he walked up to the gallows, and they tied the noose around his neck, he saw that the whole village was their to watch, everyone:men, Women, Children all of them there to hear the sound of his neck break. he closed his eyes as they started to pull the handle to drop the floor, nikolai blocked everything out and closed his eyes for one last moment, and when he opened them again, the guards were dead and the rope was cut, he looked around to see hooded men in were killing everyone, he also noticed one man, on a horse back, the only one not wearing a hood, that man was Alexzandr, he noticed that he was the one giving the orders, Nikoai fled knowing if he would have stayed any longer, he would have died too. Nikolai then spent about twenty years searching for Alexzandr. When Nikolai finally found Alexzandr, he was 38 and it was mid-winter when he met him, and at first they talked at a cabin near the cliffs, but when Nikolai asked zandr did he plan on saving him he attacked the village during his execution, he was shocked when alexzandr told him that the only reason he lives is because of poor planning on the guards part. and that he did not care for Nikolai at all. that angered nikolai and made him snap. he through alexzandr through a window, drew his dagger, then jummped on top of him, alexzandr faught for control over the dagger, this started a struggle and then they started both rolling around in the snow. alexzandr kicked nikolai off of him and took his dagger a started to walk towards nikolai, to kill him, scared, nikolai kicked up at alexzandr knocking him back and causing him to fall of the cliff. Nikolai, scared decided to see if Alexzandr was ok (although he knew he wasnt) when he got down, Nikolai found that A;exzamdr had broken his back and snaped his neck when he hit the ground. Guilt ridden, Nikolai burried alrxzandr and took the jacket he was wearing. for a keep sake. and he also took his sword. now nikolai lives as a vagabond moving from village to village. who operates an organization called the Brotherhood of assassins
