These last few night i barely got some sleep but its happening often...I even took the pills to relax/sleep these few nights but they doesnt help.

Im waking up at the same time every night. Even if i go to sleep 1 hour before that i still wake up no matter how tired i am.... its the same clock over and over 3am-4am....and i feel like something is waking me up and i feel some dark presence in my room its actually scary and im scared , few times i even moved to my parents room....and i just want it to stop. Does any of you got any ideas about it and how to stop this...? cause i really need some rest....thx

Hmm...
Well, it seems you do not feel secure in your room. Why you don't is a personal matter that can become a bit difficult to discuss and deal with.

I do not recommend drugs, medication or otherwise as a long-term solution to the problem. They may be needed to help you get a bit of sleep in the mean-time, but they will not fix the problem. For some reason, your body or mind is sensing you are in danger at that time, and is alerting you to that danger.

I can't tell you whether or not the danger is real. Some people believe they are in danger when they aren't. Others believe they aren't in danger when they are, and I am not about to tell you that it's all in your head. If anything - I am the type of person who suggests you should trust your gut.

As for what to do about it... again, I can't say. There is no real shame in hiding/running from a threat. When you aren't prepared to confront a threat, it makes no sense to put yourself or others in danger. However, this is, usually, only a temporary solution. Hiding/running will not likely make the threat go away, it just keeps you from being harmed during that encounter. At some point, a confrontation must occur. I can't tell you whether or not you are ready for it. I generally think people are more capable than they give themselves credit for, but this does not mean that someone is ready to take on x, y, or z challenge.

If you are going to go to others for help, however, you will need to explain things to them, at some point, so they understand what it is they need to do in order to help you. It can be easy to place a lot of expectations on another person and believe that they can be easily guided into the role you want them to take, then be horribly disappointed when they don't follow through in the direction you envisioned.

You are never as alone as you think you are, but you must be willing to take command of addressing your problems. All the will-power to help you in the world only goes so far when there's nothing really directing it, especially your own will to empower yourself.
