what do you think if rinnegan could be combined with MS? Just look at the moon, when tobi explain his moon eye plan to the five kages. The moon looks like a rinnegan with sharingan in every circle.

yep defintely, the rinnegan is the ultimate doujutsu.

you can't perfect something thats already perfect.

and i think the juubi's eyes are like that because it's under the sages control, like how tobi took over the kyubi and the beast had sharingan eyes.
