Each of these people in my opinion has faults that makes them unworthy to become Hokage.
Shikamaru is just too lazy and to much of a coward.
Naruto is quite frankly to stupid and makes way to rash decisions.
Kakashi is to layed back and and the fact that he stands two hours by the memorial stone almost everyday just signifies that he is unworthy. A hokage sometimes must send ninjas on suicide missions something i believe Kakashi would be unable to do so.
Tsunade should in my opinion never have been offered the position of hokage she is a coward who ran away from Konoha because she lost some family. Seriously who don't lose family in wars.
The only one i could think of to take the hokage position would be Yamato, he has the mental capabilities and he is a former Anbu. Though his strength possibly aint high enough.

In all rights, it should be Kakashi, or else Minato will be the only one who taught students of which none of them eventually became Hokage (Hashirama + Tobirama taught Hiruzen, Hiruzen taught Tsunade, Hiruzen taught Jiraiya who taught Minato so that counts, and Minato will be the only one without anything).

if by any chance Tsunade doesn't survive the war, Kakashi is the prime candidate for the job.. Hiashi of the Hyuga Clan also seems to be a great nominee for Hokage..

Being hokage is more than just pummeling people, it's about having administrative abilites and being mature, Naruto has neither yet. If Tsunade lives, she's more than likely going to take back her role, if not, Kakashi was due to be next in line. The Council seem to like a good balance of power and maturity, and someone with a decent amount of life experience.
