Damn, skipping 30+ years of potential development? Even their parents aren't close to that age, that's like epilogue Kakashi's age.

Happily. In Boruto & Gaiden alone i'd say they had development far beyond to that of anybody else on Team 7 throughout Part 1. Mature, deep and concise. The fate of the ninja world and anything else to explore with their characters should be done with Sarada already as the Hokage. Much more interesting to see an Itachi-like Kage bringing peace to the world than....Idk? More chunnin exams? More questing for Hokage?

I'd put Oro as the main villain and make the main conflict his Endgame, have Sarada end his immortality early. Regardless, we need something different. Also need to ditch Naruto & Sasuke as able demigod adults already, makes this sh*t seem like Rugrats.
