New Ways to Avoid or Defend Against Kirin?

So as we all know Kirin is a pretty impressive jutsu that packs quite a punch and is also super quick. There are only a few jutsus that are capable of defending against it or can be used to avoid it.

RULES: Prep time is already completed and the dragon can be seen. Sasuke is about to drop it on his enemy. Kamui, FTG, and Susanoo are all restricted. :hyper::hyper::hyper:

Note that this is lightning, which travels much faster than the speed of sound. Whichever countering justsu that is chosen must be insanely quick.


My pics:

1.) Pain's Massive ST: I can definitely see it negating Kirin and even pushing the clouds away from the area.

2.) Third Raikage's Lightning Armor: The third's armor was said to be impenetrable and was only broken by his own hand (also known to have the strongest piercing power ever). I can see this having a chance however I won't guarantee it.

3.) Gedo Mazo (if already summoned): We've seen the Gedo Mazo withstand quite a bit of damage and it can discharge lightning. I have a feeling it could absorb it or hit it back with an attack just as big.

Itachi Uchiha pulled out his susanno and tanked it. Then he just reformed it.

Minato Namikaze can just teleport out of the area.

Tobirama Senju can teleport out of the area just like Minato Namikaze can.

Hashirama Senju can defend himself against it w/ his deep forest emergence mokuten technique.

Madara Uchiha stole Hashirama's DNA and can do the same as Hashirama. Also, Madara has susanno as well. Anyone w/ susanno can withstand it actually.

Obito Uchiha can just kamui himself and make himself intangible the moment it strikes.

Naruto Uzumaki can withstand it if he is in Kyubbi chakra mode.

Killer Bee can withstand it when he is in his Hachibi chakra mode.

Even Sakura Haruno can withstand the technique if she summons a part of Katsuyu and has her surround her and take the hit for her. If Katsuyu can protect Sakura from a powerful technique like shinra tensei that destroyed the village in one blow, she is going to protect her from lightining as well.

Tsunade Senju can do the same as Sakura.

Also, since wind style trumps lighning style, someone who is a wind user could defend themselves by summoning a wind style attack that is the same size as kirin.

Naruto formed his full BM avatar in less than a second. Considering that it withstood against the Juubi's laser, I say he can tank it on the spot in that manner.

It'll be crazy if Minato can send Kirin somewhere else via ST Barrier.

Madara can use his V3/V4 Susanoo like Itachi.

Hashirama can summon Mokuton Hobi like he did an giants the Bijuu dama blast in the VOTE fight.

Naruto BM, BSM (cloak), and BSM (no cloak) can tank kirin, or he should be able to evade with his shunshin ...
Hashirama can shield himself from kirin with wood dragon, wood golem, or wood god
3rd raikage can tank it with lightening amour, also 4th raikage
gai can dodge it, or blow off the cloud with hirodura
i can't think of more now

Hmmm I agree I can see Madara tanking it like everything else.

I can see this too. The Hobi could take a huge impact. The same definitely goes with the giant Buddha.

I can't believe I forgot about Gai. His Hirodura might do the trick.

As for shunshin, I'm not sure if it's fast enough to get away. No doubt it's fast and makes you move quickly, but Kirin is the speed of lightning and is even faster than sound. The blast radius is also huge.
