The report first states that we are going to be seeing three different forms of Ultron throughout the film. Leading us to believe that the villain will be adapting and evolving, growing stronger throughout it, which makes us think that James Spader will most likely be doing mo-cap for at least one of Ultron’s three forms in the film.
The next tidbit they have released is that Tony Stark is in fact funding the Avengers, and is now housing their headquarters in what used to be Stark Tower, but has now become Avengers Tower like it was evidenced at the end of the first Avengers film and during Captain America: The Winter Soldier. They also claim that Tony Stark has created new tech and costumes for the team members, as evidenced by Steve Rogers new look complete with Avengers logo, along with building a new Quinjet!

The next bit of rumor that they released in the report is that Iron Man has created a new “Iron Legion” of Iron Man drones (much like the different Iron Men he had in Iron Man 3). According to the report, he uses them to “keep the peace” in the world, and that the Avengers are not in hiding but proud and out in the open letting everyone know what they’re there to do. Also, this is a cool tidbit but it could be some of the Iron Men Drones that Quicksilver in running through in the concept art shown below!

Also, the guys claim that while Vision will be in the film (played by Paul Bettany) and that he is keeping his traditional green, yellow, and red costume colors, the android in fact will not be making an appearance in the film until the third act. How this is relevant to the plot, we don’t know, but it could be that Vision is in the background for most of the film until he makes his physical appearance when the Avengers and Ultron finally clash at the end.
Additionally, the report states that Iron Man has indeed financed new tech and costumes for each of the team members. Some of the new additions include Cap’s new suit that we’ve seen him wearing on set, Black Widow has two new batons that shock people when she hits them, Hawkeye will have a new long-sleeve costume reminiscent of the character’s costume in the comics, and also that Hulk now has a pair of “stretchy pants” that he can wear and stay with him whenever he transforms from Bruce Banner to the Hulk. Apparently, all of the costumes will feature an Avengers A on their costumes somewhere, and that War Machine will in fact be making a cameo in the film, and it is also possible (but not confirmed) that Anthony Mackie may be making a small appearance as well.

Finally, the report finishes stating that there will be a number of memorable action sequences in the film. One of which being a scene in a forested area that may feature the Avengers finally meeting Baron von Strucker and the Twins (Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch) for the first time towards the beginning of the film. We may also be hearing Iron Man or Captain America shout, “Avengers Assemble!” for the first time onscreen, but that isn’t confirmed.
Now, like I stated before, none of this is confirmed. However, it does seem to match up with a lot of people’s speculation and assumptions about the film. Personally, I can’t wait for this film and whatever Joss Whedon has in store for us next. It really feels like they are embracing the feel of the Avengers comics and I’m excited to see what all the folks over at Marvel have in store for us to top the first Avengers! Usually I would be skeptical, but I actually think this could end up being bigger and better than the film! Which I didn’t think I’d ever say about a Marvel film again.
