Hi, sorry for the wait! Life has been a bit hectic, but it won't be much longer until I have my first lessons ready.

Rasenshurenken, my Japanese level is around lower intermediate at the moment, and starting intermediate classes next month.

Here are some links to look at for reference:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Transdeluxe - Universal widget code
Code:
<!-- Translation Widget BEGIN -->
<div id="google_translate_element" align="center"></div><center><A HREF="http://www.transdeluxe.com"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="http://www.transdeluxe.com/widget.gif" alt="TransDeluxe"></A></center><script>
function googleTranslateElementInit() {
  new google.translate.TranslateElement({
    pageLanguage: 'auto',
    autoDisplay: false
  }, 'google_translate_element');
}
</script><script src="http://translate.google.com/translate_a/element.js?cb=googleTranslateElementInit"></script>
<!-- Translation Code END -->
Maybe something there will be useful.

Ok, I need some technical help.

Basically, I'm starting the lessons with an introduction to Hiragana, Katakana & Kanji, so that people can get an overview of the main differences of the phonetics of Japanese/Roman languages. For me, this was the best way to start understanding how Japanese is broken down.

Although I am using various teaching sources as inspiration, I am actually creating all the material myself from scratch, because I want to avoid plagiarism. I don't want my lessons to be merely a case of copy/paste, if you see what I mean.

I am using Microsoft word to create the charts for Hiragana & Katakana etc.. but I want to include stroke patterns as well. To do this, I will have to create a jpg of each character, and then insert that jpg into its respectable place in the Word file. However, I don't know what software is best to create jpgs? I have Vista Business version.

Can anyone give me a tips? Paint is utterly useless..

EDIT: actually, I'm not using Microsoft Words; it is Open Office, but still.. need to create those jpgs to insert..

WOW!!! :eek: you remind me of a portuguese writer... He wrote an entire book without a single punctuation signal.
Ate least you used one...

Bora lá começar então? (so, let´s begin with this?)

Hmmmm~ This might have been said already, but I saw a similar section in Narutoforums(another forum~) and it seems it all died down, so if you're making this, then make sure you have enough determination to pull through~

Looks like a wonderful idea, it is indeed a shame seeing as it looks like nothing really came out of it. I would be interested in teaching French :p But it seems the idea never really got far. :/ Btw, I am pretty sure this counts as reviving a dead thread, this was most certainly dead :rolleyes:

I like this concept and idea and i fully support it but like many other have said this has been tired on other animation forums but the problem or main problem which seem to arise is,copy and paste and the matter of way and approach will you know this languages your self a 100 percent or will some of it be simply Google translator Based also what are the languages and who will help or assist you .This are so many question one may ask about it will it have restricted access or will you be the only person allowed to fully contribute aside from the moderators,or how much time you are willing to contribute also i suggest this normally when languages are learnt or individuals advance in it there should be prices such as kumi or positive reputation giving here is a preview code

Code:
[B]Name Of Language:[/B] Japanese,English,Etc

[B]Lesson For This Session:[/B] Adjectives ,verbs learning

[B]Examples: [/B] Examples Made By You As Guides

[B]Goal Of Lesson Session:[/B] To Master Adjectives and proper verbs usage in the desired language
