Orochimaru has the Sharingan and all its stages.
In the picture above Orochimaru released the 6 Zetsu from Sasukes body Tobi had secretly placed in him. 4 of the bodies were used to reanimate the Hokage, 1 was killed by Juugo, and the final was used as Orochimarus new body after his old man died from releasing the souls of the Hokage.
Above you see Orochimaru slither in its mouth and he takes form in the Zetsu, his body now whole again.
There you see Tobi explain that Zetsu can make perfect duplicates of anyone he touches down to there chakra. This is all reinforced by the fact they annihilated most of the allied forces this way by posing as their allies. No sensor ninja can detect them because their chakra is identical to the real person. They can also use any technique the original can as demonstrated in the Kisame and Bee fight.
There you see KekeGenkai are no exception to this because the duplicate is a perfect clone. That clone is utilizing Hinata's Byakugan. The clone that posed as Neji also utilized his Gentle Fist to assassinate the medical ninja.
Because those clones were in Sasukes body they were all infused with his chakra. Since Orochimaru took the body of one of those Zetsu, he gains all the powers and abilities that his host has, which is why he wanted an Uchiha body in the first place (for Sharingan).
Orochimaru now has the ability to transform into Sasuke, a exact perfect copy, and utilize all of his jutsu including his dojutsu Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, and Susano"O.
Why has he not done this yet? We already know. Plot.
Other interesting things to note about new Orochimaru:
-He can use all Zetsu techniques, menaing he does not need to eat, drink, or sleep to survive.
-He can absorb chakra on contact with anything
-He can use Mayflower, where he vainshes into the earth untraceable by any means and cannot be detected because he is simply everywhere.
-He is now a top tier sensory ninja.
-He has Hashirama cells, big chakra boost and the Wood Style he can now use.
-Since the chakra is exactly identical, Orochimaru is technically a pseudo- Indra reincarnation which just reinforces the fact he can use all EMS jutsu easily as Sasuke could.
