Well its sed in the spoiler. the power of the eye techniques were passed down to the older son. so you never knw bein the gr8sennins son he could've had both. Plus dnt forget its still kinda of a myth if u think bout wat kakshi sed so not even madara could explain every context of the history. So i say 75% truth 25% myth
