New msn messenger

I have a question I'd like to make concerning this new msn.
I actually just can't figure out where to see when someone has added me... There used to be a popup window saying "person x has added you", but that doesn't occur anymore!

Anyone who has any idea what the problem is?

Thanks, I deleted the picture, but it doesn't really matter when you've got it highlighted. And indeed, it's so stuffed I can't find anything that I could find super easy earlier.

It is indeed!!! Always keep upgrading and eversince then, I stopped using it. It's really annoying how it keeps asking to download the latest BS and it just screwed up on me.

I find it annoying that, for some reason, I can't log onto MSN without updating it to the next version...

I'm currently rebelling/refusing to update a new version...but I can't log in. -__-

Yes! That's why I stopped using it. But you can chat through your hotmail. It's not as cool though as the MSN messenger. I think if you check your profile, you'll be able to find out what your looking for. I found out through there that I got some comments about my DP and other stuff. This whole thing is evolving to FB now. =|

If some sends you an invite, it appears right below your contacts as a notifications
its really quite simple if you ask me, the only thing i dont like is that you can't change your screen name which isn't very big of an issue

Imo, it's a pity you need to update. I like the old one, and the new emoticons are just... horrible! O_O

Everything is turning into facebook nowadays, in my opinion. Every site possible is almost linked to it in some way. I don't like the hotmail email thing so I tend to avoid using it, especially for chatting .

That's an issue that I find irritating as well... I would just like to have my first name on there, not my entire name. Thank you for answering my question btw .

in order to update to a newer version of messenger ppl , use the offline installer ! google up : WLM 2011 offline installer. around 150MB
as for the topic , people who adds you in the new messenger you will find a highlighted icon on the top right corner of the windows saying +1 invitation/add ... cheers
