Appearance: Aqualad is a Jiton user with light blond hair cut at the bottom, deep brown skin, pale green eyes, high cheekbones, and a lean build. He possesses black, eel-like tattoos that run across his back and along with his arms. His normal attire consists of a skin-tight, full-body, red-and-blue swimsuit that exposes his arms and feet. The costume has a set of small dorsal fins on the back of the calves for decorations.
Personality: Xavier is a very calm person, a trait unshared by the rest of his teammates. Soft-spoken and clear-headed, he has a tendency to think things through and formulate plans before taking any sort of action. He tries to see the good in all people and often acts as the voice of reason amongst his teammates, who were rarely—if ever—as cool-headed as he was. Xavier always speaks in a formal manner, with an air of respect to all people. Despite his calm behavior, Xavier was still a teenager, and could at times behave rashly and impulsively.

History: According to legend, Xavier was once a violent, tyrannical lord, who was said to be "brutal beyond measure". Because of this, he was known as "Tyrant" Xavier. Whether this was true or not remains to be seen. He was a young prince who was forced to marry another woman at the age of 8 in order to strengthen and gain territory in the Lightning Mountains. His father's goal was to gain enough following and military power to overthrow the Lightning Mountains' Daimyo and claim it as his own, as their clan owned the land long before the founding of the village nations. They continued to grow, gathering almost half of the Lightning Mountains before being attacked and coupled from the inside, thus his father took the family and ran away.
After moving to an unknown northern country, Xavier was still accustomed to his old lifestyle as a Noble and a prince, who arrogantly expected the commoners to bow for him. Subsequently, the people of the country persecuted him and his family. They burned down their mansion and drove the Xavier Family into a makeshift shaft on a junk pile, forcing the children to eat out of garbage cans out of desperation.
At the age of ten, Xavier then decided to kill his father to regain his former status as a known criminal. He then returned to the Daimyo with his father's head in an attempt to be completely freed, but he was rejected as one of a "family of traitors" by the Royal family. Since then, he swore revenge on the land for rejecting him.
He drank his sorrows away and became an alcoholic at a young age as a coping method. He was assigned at the age of 15 to be a spy for other lands, and eventually betrayed a couple of them and went rogue for several years. He became a small-time terrorist and began destroying small irrelevant places.

Once this technique is used, it can stay invisible until an attack hit it. Upon contact with an outside force, the barrier enlarges to fully to protect whatever it is affixed to. The barrier protects from the attack keeping it away from the target, gathers the energy in one area, then it momentarily absorbs the energy from the attack and then forces the attack outward away from the shield in effect, dispersing the attack altogether. It is powerful enough to block a point-blank attack with a Rasengan. This technique, once activated stays invisible until an attack heads towards it. The user must state where the central point around the body. This can only be used twice per battle and once at a time. Only defends up to an A-rank technique and most Tai-Ken.
