Yep, no mentioning of Sasuke liking Sakura since pt 1, these were more fandom conjectures even though Non-tan apparently thought the same in an age-old interview and Junko making comments of “Sasuke will take (Sakura) away anyways in the end” in another unspecified occasion 2ch loves to cite. The interview only stated the obvious Sakura -> Sasuke, Hinata -> Naruto being emphasized: while the boys where busy with other stuff.

Chie says she doesn’t know how to respond to people telling her they thought that Naruto and Sakura would have ended up together, but as Sakura’s VA she is happy her love was fulfilled

Made a mistake translating this part. Non-tan says that Sasuke must have felt not only romantic love but also a greater love and bond as a human being during the apology scene.


I didn’t find this in the interview. Must be 2ch conjectures, but the whole interview isn’t exactly pro-NH either.

There may or may not be a mention in the raw. The way they are talking about it is more like their affection for one another is like a student and teacher. Not that they are necessarily a student and teacher. But people are looking forward to more info about it.

One poster says they they can't read the raw very clearly too lol. Even 2ch doesn't knwo what they're reading.

Can it be inferred from the “clearly” that Sasuke liked Sakura subconsciously before that moment? Maybe. That’s the main argument many SS shippers are making, but I won’t go there for the sake of bringing what was stated.

This is probably what they were referring to when they said Sasuke started loving her when she was healing their arms. I think that scene is up for interpretation, but the overall impression is clear.

Sometimes I don't understand the sarcasm that runs in this thread when it's so damn obvious from the conversation that when Junko said the forehead poke was a proposal, it was all just meant to be a joke; you know, to keep things running during interviews. It's not all that rare for people to do that. No one wants a stiff ball tossing.

Makes me think that there's this glaringly obvious cultural gap between the Western and the Asian community when it comes to reactions and stuff. You guys really like to make a big deal out of things, huh? It's not always about Itachi.

Yes there is culture difference.In the movie Sakura says "Once you fall in love with someone its not possible to change it"

Seems like he is hiding something. Cause with that interview, would they not have voice acted and created the animation for the movie by now? Or is it still in production being made until August?
