In that part of The interview:it didn't mention naruto and hinata it simply said kishi orginal plans is for sasuke and sakura and naruto to be hokage . It didn't say he chose hinata for him later.

Was there not an interview of him stating they were chosen in the early stages of the manga before most characters were even made (bar Sasuke and Sakura).

True, and it was foreshadowed that all of team 7 goals will come true, and this was Sakura's goal.

most of the interview are from their opinions.
but i assume the SS section is true since they said kishi is the one that told them

SS section is what kishi told them. the rest are just opinions
