I'm not surprised that he decided this pairing from the beginning, I actually knew it. But some of the statements are ridiculous, remember though they were not stated by Kishimoto but by the VAs, it probably casually came out of their mouth either as a joke or for the sake of conversation nothing serious.

This is believable, although I think the "part 1" is a mistranslated and it is supposed to say "part 2", if they really meant part 1 they would have said "before the start of the manga", the following statements also support this.
-naruto's VA says that the forehead poke is a marriage proposal
This is the BS statement I was referring to, again it's Naruto's VA that said it, not Kishimoto, and she was probably not serious.
-they said it was the chuunin exam that began their relationship
-they said sasuke always had special feelings for sakura since part 1
-even the supervisor said so
I don't see why some people find this interview so outrageous on Kishi's part and why it "makes this pairing even worse", the only thing we got from Kishi in this interview is that he planned them to end up together from the start.
Some people use anything as an excuse to hate, smh.
Honestly, I have no idea why Sakura wanted to be with Sauske so bad. I can see if she just wanted to save him as a teammate, comrades or whatever, but the fact Sakura goes to lengths and bounds to have his babies is beyond me. Kishi portrayed Sakura horribly in this manga. Seems like he downgraded her character just so this ship can happen. Karin is another one.
It was stated sakura isn't trying to make sasuke hers anymore she just want to save him (of course she wants to be with him but its not a priority ) while kishi in the db calls karin obsessive and literally says karin wants to make sasuke hers.
However with sasuke and sakura ,redeemed sasuke ALSO wants to be with sakura or else they wouldn't be together right now with children.
So Sasuke trains Bolt instead of his own kid who most likely even has the sharingan Lol. Im crossing my fingers for this to be true, this is going to be amazing(a certain fandom asshurt is going to be glorious)
Even if SS and NH were actually planned a lot earlier in the manga, the lack of developing these relationships could say otherwise. I personally found NS to be the most developed (Even if it didn't become canon). Having the intention of something happening in a story is 1 thing and it getting strong enough development for it to work is another.
Kishi had reluctantly drawn team Taka because his editors needed Sasuke to have a team of his own to make the plot interesting.Kishi never cared for her like at all.

She is a stranger .you think that mattered to him? He wanted her scroll its the reason he kicked the bear its the reason he was there he was searching for scrolls .
The whole flashabck meant to show the difference between the bright ( smiling) sasuke and the insane sasuke .
That time was set when he left to search for scrolls. The bear was on his way After he beat the bear he look at her scroll and realize it isn't what he wants then leaves .
Funny how karin wouldn't have seen that bright side if ahem sakura didn't calm the rampaging sasuke eariler .
He wasn't forced they suggested the idea of sasuke character and sakura character (just an idea for a rival to the main character and a heroine)
Plus sasuke and sakura characters were decided before the manga start and as kishi said in his book
First charcater he made was naruto then sasuke then sakura.
As For taka kishi said he didn't want to continue with them in the manga but his editor ordered him to .
