Also, Kaguya had a little reminiscing of his sons. So Hamura kind of resembles Sasuke in such a way.
So it wasnty really Hinata-centric.

It has only been about a year since Hamura popped up, if that long. I honestly doubt that the Kaguya portion was planned too far in advance

It most likely was. The only thing that's done as he goes is actually drawing it. The story itself is done well in advance with minor changes along the way.

We've seen this before in the manga. Hagoromo doesn't have the Sharingan like his mother, yet one of his sons(Indra) had it. So it's been shown that KKG do skip generations and appear again.

You do know the eyes he took were of the members of Ootustsuki clan and NOT Hyuuga cla, because of the DISTANCE between them. Also, the reason the byakugan gets sealed after death is also for the tensai thing u mentioned. Lol if they didn't descend from Hamura then how do they have byakugan.. certainly not from Ashura/Indra unless Kishi states so U_U hyuugs could have descended from Ootustsuki like the Kaguya clan.
