I agree their connection is with Kaguya who showed the full potential of Byakugan. But Hyuuga could have descended from an Ootsutsuki member that settled on Earth. If Toneri travelled from the moon what's to stop others doing this in the past ? It could explain appearance of Kaguya clan and Jugo clan as well.. IMO connecting everyone with special powers to Hagoromo is lazy writing. Uzumaki were the limit for me.

lol it says that didn't get his strong charka genes, he still had his chakra genes. This is throwback to what Obito said about Indra and Ashura. Indra got the Sage's powerful chakra genes, while Ashura got his other genes(life force and physical energy which makes up chakra).

Don't really give a damn because this isn't real life Biology. Hagoromo's genes carried his traits, and chakra manifestation is everything. Without those chakra genes, it doesn't matter. Because he lacked the genetic capability for that Chakra - the only thing that matters in Naruto, as it is because of the chakra that Doujutsus even exist and so does the life force. Him inheriting his hair and poor looks through genes are as irrelevant in Narutoverse as Hinata's breasts.

He was born with the genetic potential for strong chakra. He just had to train to bring that power out, unlike his brother. It's was dorimant.

read what i've said about this, the most logical answer is their ancestors are from Kaguya's family/clan, she didn't went to Earth alone to found the fruit and the byakugan and the bones technique are from their alien dna.

Fact is she is not from Hamura.I will wait for Kishi to explain it in Part 3 but considering Kishi's track record he may even drop it as he has done earlier so I am not getting my hopes up
