Could you be more subtle? xD
Anyway a lot of your work is very similar in terms of your style, and consistency is a good thing. Your Kakashi one is no doubt your best piece out of the lot, with L coming in close. Just some things I want to point out.

Piece like these are very nice, but you suffer from what I've heard as head syndrome, where you're only working with the head of a render. These are extremely hard to pull off since you don't have that much to work with in terms of flow and depth, but here you seemed to pull off the flow better than I thought. That's all I'm really commenting on about this specific piece.
Also don't use clipping masks for borders, it makes it look kinda weird, unless you can do something special to them, like a black overlay or reversed, then don't do it at all.
You've used some weird textures here, especially on Pikachu and L. I don't really get that at all if it's some weird texture or a weird C4D you've set on screen or what. It looks kinda weird, and it's obstructing the focal point somewhat in most of your pieces.
Lastly you need to sharpen everything. It's not too bad in things like Karin and Kakashi, but some of them, gearing towards the bottom really need them. Helps strengthen everything and especially the focal point which is what you need for depth.

I'll also do this one since it'a really different from your others. It's nice to see someone who actually makes icons as well as tags. I'm no expert on them and trust me when I say that, but they are all about colour and not other effects. I'm not really digging the tone of colour you've used. I feel like you could've brought out those blue/whites much more and maybe diffuse the orange somewhat so it looks really good.
Everything aside, it's great to see another cool gfxer here who has some knowing in graphics and knows how to work Photoshop.
tl;dr Work on depth, and sharpening to try and bring out that focal much more, which is where I feel you're struggling.
