All Clones except for the "Clone Technique" uses the same exact chakra as the user if not they would not be able to use the Users techniques which is what they mean by "The basic concept of the Shadow Clone Technique also applies to the Wood Clone Technique" meaning copying the Users Chakra and form.​

Exactly, the Cell turned into vegetation is just adding to the clones durablity nothing else, it still possess that feat of having the exact same chakra as the user making it difficult for a Byakugan user to tell the difference but a Eternal Sharinghan User can see through this, it was not stated how but it was stated possible.​

From seeing Naruto Chapter 645, its pretty clear that Naruto is on a league of his own. MY god! He even combine Sage mode & BIjuu mode wtf!! thats completely overpowered O.O even Sasuke got amazed and jealous of how Naruto actually improved this much even worse he may fear Naruto already has surpassed him. BM/SM Naruto is currently at hashi/madara lvl right now or maybe a little above just a little bit above but not by much. Juubito is the most hax character currently in the series since he has the friking juubi >_>
