Chapter 598 is the final piece of the puzzle that shows us how Naruto has surpassed Susake. I'll first elaborate on naruto's known powers and continue to why these things put him above sasuke.
1. Speed
Its been confirmed and shown many times that Naruto is the FASTEST character in the manga. His speed in KM (kyuubi mode) surpasses the raikage, and he has been shown to be faster in BM (bijuu Mode). Even his SM (sage mode) has shown impressive and amazing speed feats.
Now for those who say base naruto does not have any speed feats, it really doesnt matter. Naruto instantly goes from base to KM in no time.
He has even been shown to enter SM in no time at all.
2. Cloning
Now in regards to Naruto using clones. Not only has it been shown that naruto can have BM, KM, and SM clones out all at the same time.
But now we have seen that he can also replicate Bijuu Mode
A misconception with naruto is that he can only have max 5 sage mode shadow clones. This is no longer true, seeing as he can know enter sage mode while moving. He was only limited to 5 before because he was using 2 of them to gather natural chakra for him, now he doesnt need them to. If naruto has 10 clones on the field each clone can absorb its own natural chakra and transform. thus giving naruto 10 sage mode clones.
So Naruto can become his own one-man Kage-Level Army w/ SM, KM, and BM clones.
3. Sensory
Naruto is hands down the best sensory ninja in the entire manga.
In SM Naruto can sense anyone in any location. As shown in Pain Arc when he could sense that kakashi died, and all when he was at the falls of truth and when he walked outside he could sense there was a war going on, who was fighting in it, and there location. (See it for yourself in spoiler)
And KM and BM naruto has the ability to sense negative emotions and killing intent. So he can sense anymove that anyone is coming at him with. Especially someone like sasuke who only wants to kill. And if you think about it, Naruto (while in KM or BM) hasn't been hit with an attack since the war started.
4. KM and BM Cloak
The cloak that surround naruto in KM and BM is extremely durable and gives Naruto a great amount of protection; regular swords are unable to pierce it, it protects him from extreme heat temperatures and extreme physical attacks do little damage.
The shroud's chakra arms gives Naruto greater range of attacks as well as greater dexterity and manoeuvrability to his fighting style without the use of shadow clones. He is able to use the chakra arms to push himself off a platform and to extend his reach, where he would otherwise create a shadow clone to use as a landing point in mid-air, or to propel him through the air. Naruto has also used the chakra arms to create new Rasengan variants, such as the Spiralling Strife Spheres, Spiralling Absorption Sphere and the Planetary Rasengan.
In Bijuu Mode naruto is capable of creating a second layer Kurama chakra cloak that looks just like the nine tails. Most poeple believed previously that he was bound to this cloak in BM, but recently we have seen that he is not. And he can create the any part of the cloak whenever he pleases.

5. TAILED BEAST BOMB
Naruto now has mastery over forming TBB's (Bijuu Dama) and mini Bijuu dama rasengans, ANDDD regular bijuu dama rasengans. For those of you who dont know a bijuu dama is the most POWERFUL attack in narutoverse. Sasuke has no counter for this:

And if Naruto decides to make 4 Bijuu Mode clones sasuke most definatley cant stop this:
Now, Sasuke has susanoo, Amaterasu, and a weak genjutsu. Naruto has a more power susanoo type entity, Speed feats that have been shown to dodge amaterasu, and because he is a perfect jinchuriki sasuke's genjutsu is pointless. As of this moment sasuke's EMS wont help him or save him from naruto's power and abilities.
Also, because sasuke is intent on killing naruto, KM and BM naruto will be able to predict all of sasuke's movements. sasuke's Susanoo crumbles to a Bijuu dama. Naruto's frog fu is also superior to sasukes taijutsu and kinjutsu.
Sasuke cant handle 2 BM, 2 KM, and 2 SM Naruto's. So in conclusion, Naruto surpasses Sasuke by incredible feats at this point in the manga.
