Haha im sticking by my defence. Tobi and Kakashi both have left eye sharingan so covering right eye proves nothingCan you help prove me right? Show me what you know
I say Obito is dead. BUT WHAT if TobiMadara's MS turns out to look like Kakashi's? That would be proof that TobiMadara has Obito's right eye.
Has it ever been told that Madara lost his eyes in the fight against the 4th?
WHAT IF Madara was using his eyes to control the 9-Tails when the 4th sealed the 9-Tails into Naruto. That would have over-rided Madaras eyes. If Madara used his EMS (GODLY EYES) to try and fight the 4ths jutsu... he surely could have lost both of them...

Either way madarra was narly in his younger days! him and the first tried to kill each other so many times never worked for either

I honestly think Madara lost both of his eyes... Where he got the new Sharringan... IDK. I am assuming Obito, it could have been from any Uchiha though.

Madara never fought the 4th.
When Kyuubi attacked Konoha, it was a natural disaster, Madara had no control of the Kyuubi at the time.
The time when Madara had control of the Kyuubi was when he attacked the 1st in a failed Coup D'etat.

How did Madara "summon" the 9-Tails in the fight against the 1st...
1. If he did not summon it... I find it very convenient for a powerful weapon only able to be controlled by Madara, to show up in his most epic fight against the 1st.
2. If he did not summon it... against the 4th.... and he has the ability to control it... and he wants Konoha... why not go over there and try to use it... again...? And if he did try and use it, which I think he did... I'm sure he could have lost his eyes in the case...

Madara didn't ''summon'' the Kyuubi like how Naruto summons Gambunta.
Madara sought out the Kyuubi, and forcefully took control of him with his MS.
Madara did this, obviously, to get the upper hand on the 1st in there fight.
Well, it's certainly possible that Madara was behind the attack on Konoha, but there where plenty of people there [Iruka, Jiraiya, ummm...I can't really think of anyone else right now but there were plenty of people there] and no one has ever said they saw anyone else there that night. Even Jiraiya only SUSPECTED that Madara was behind the attack, if Madara was there, Jiraiya would have no doubt that he was behind the attack.

1. Jiraiya would have fought the 9-Tails IF he was in Konoha. He was probably after Orochimaru... like always... He was probably not even close to the village, so how would he know... He doesn't even know where Orochimaru was and he was always looking for him... You give Jiraiya super human abilities to find Madara though... odd... hahaha...
2. Why would the 9-Tails return to the village of the Uchiha on purpose, he is controlled by them for sure...

Wait he like almost took off his mask in one episode the use his sharingan but his face cought on fire so he might just hav both eyes. but leon makes alot of sense1. Well, the reason Kakashi keeps his eye covered is because it consumes chakra when it's not covered.
That is because Kakashi isn't of Uchiha blood, but to an Uchiha, Sharingan doesn't consume any chakra at all, so there's no reason to have it covered or deactivate it. the reason Madara keeps his eye covered is a different reason then why Kakashi keeps his covered.
My guess is as good as yours.
For all we know, a transferred Sharingan simply can't be deactivated.
As for the whole theory Madara using Obito in some way.. I don't get it. Why Obito? Why not some other dead/dying Uchiha? Danzou can't be Tobi either, just look at the hair. >.>

About Madara summoning Kyuubi 16 years ago, and having his connection with Kyuubi severed when Yondaime sealed it.. and Madara possibly completely losing the ability to control Kyuubi ever again... it's possible. But with so little evidence to back it up, we'll have to wait for more manga to be released.

Obito is DEAD exclamation mark! Madara was born ages ages ago, the time of 1st Hokage. and that is way way way before Obito so he can't be him.
Madara is not Danzou exclamation mark!! Madara wanted to destroy Konoha, Danzou wanted to destroy the Uchiha. Madara is an Uchiha. So by that, it wont make any more sense if Madara is Danzou.
