Usage:
It can be used to cut through weak defenses, or emergency aid when the user's sword is damaged.or to make the opponent move back to avoid the sword.

Can wind chakra be channeled into the sword to make it sharper?
Can the sword be used for kenjutsu jutsus that requires a sword?

Alright then. Let's hope it doesn't happen again.

Yes, it's a stream because you fuel it with chakra which means that while you're sustaining it you can't perform other techniques that require your chakra. So no, you can't channel wind chakra into it and you can perform only "movement" kenjutsu techniques and not those that release chakra in shapes as you swing your weapon.

Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.

A very simple water construct. You hold your arm outwards and you release your chakra forming a shield that protects you. It's very simple and very basic thus a very effective defense against fire techniques as well as weak projectiles. Since it's a defensive technique you don't need to defend from it but I'd like to hear your opinion on how to overpower it and damage the user when he has the shield active.

I'm not sure if you really think I'm that stupid or you just think that I wont notice? This is a copy of sudharsan's reply to his training and since he's my student I obviously read both your posts and see the similarities. You did change a few small things but in essence it's his reply, not yours.

This concludes the D ranks and we're moving onto the C rank techniques. We'll also do 2 techniques simultaneously from now on.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat β†’ Dog β†’ Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

To execute the technique first you need to perform the necessary handseals in order to be able to mold enough chakra. After that you shape manipulate it into a whip of water from either of your dominant hands. This allows you to strike the opponent with the whip and to even bind him. Basically the water whip acts like a regular whip. Since it allows you to channel other chakra natures into it, once you perform it you don't need to maintain your water chakra for it. It's a good technique but whip movements are much harder to explain than sword slashes thus why there aren't many whip weapons in our RP.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram β†’ Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Once again you need to perform the handseals in order to execute the technique. Once you do so you spit out a high viscosity liquid that has sticky properties. It's best if you aim it close to your opponent, preferably his feet so that you can bind him in place. Once it gets in contact with the ground it spreads along covering a formidable area and binding anything that comes in contact with it. As suggested this is an excellent technique for battlefield control. If you make a trap on the right side of the battlefield and you want the opponent to go there then you can spit this on the left and he will have to go right if he doesn't want to get caught in the sticky liquid. This technique gives you a lot of strategic abilities so use it wisely.

Am sorrry sensei. Method: we can declare this technique under Other techniques as it doesn't require constant chakra supply and it is still conneced to the user so its not a projectile.
Performance:
I perform the hand seals and mold my chakra. I then move this chakra to my right hand while moving it I nature manipulate the chakra into suiton chakra then when in my hand I Shape manipulate it to form a whip of water.I then strike the opponent with the whip and bind him with it.
Usage:
This whip can be used to bind an opponent and then electrocute them by passing chakra into it.
Counter:
If we are able to sense the whip before it attacks us we can stop the whip slash with a earth wall or a b rank fire wall. This technique can also be used against the opponent after getting binded by it. When the opponents binds us with the whip we can use a full body lightning technque to electrocute the opponent

Method:
This Technique falls under the Alternative releases(Syrup type).And also Stream type as the user need to continuesly feed chakra in order to create a large pool of syrup and also it is created from the users own chakra.
Performance:
I perform two hand seals and spit out a high viscous liquid that has sticky properties . I now spit out the liquid directly at the opponents feet towards the left side. As the opponent tries to dodge it and move to the right side I then quickly stomp the ground and erect a fire pillar underneath the opponent to burn him
Usage:
This technique can be used strategically to change the battlefield conditions in my favour. This can be used as a excellent technique to make the opponent fall under the users trap like you said .Since the liquid produced is sticky in nature if the opponent is trapped in the sticky syrup, he or she will be unable to move their legs and a lightning jutsu can be used to finish the opponent as the syrup is an electrolyte .
Counter:
this technique can also be easily countered by channelling chakra in the feet standing on the syrup. and walk away on the syrup

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

A clone is a perfect image of yourself. We have seen Naruto as the main user of the clones, mainly shadow clones. This technique is different from the shadow clones by being actually made out of water and being able to only perform water techniques up to C rank, instead of all jutsus that the user has. Once the clone is destroyed it doesn't poof away but it actually scatters like water. The problem with the jutsu is that the clones have to be in your short vicinity and once they leave short range from you they revert back to water. However, that's not always a bad thing. If you don't have a water source you could create a clone and send him at the opponent. Then, when it reverts to water and loses its shape you could use another technique to manipulate the water and attack the opponent.

As you can see, it's a technique that is best used on a large water source. You manipulate the surrounding water into spinning and ejecting a spike of water that attacks the opponent. You can create it anywhere in short range thus it can be a useful technique for or even with other distractions. The problem is that it's only short range so it can't always be helpful but there are still situations when you can use it. If you were to fight an opponent on water and he would rush at you expecting a taijutsu battle you could throw him off with this by spinning the water exactly where he is going to step with his foot. This would trap his leg and make sure he gets hit when the spike ejects from the water.

Method: since after making it we can use other jutsu and it is not sent towards the opponent so it can be categorized under manipulation
Performance: the user sends their suiton chakra into the water source and forms a replica of themselve by manipulating the water source and makes the replica emerge from the water source.
Usage: the clones can be used as distractions and they also perform water techniques up to c rank
counter: the clones can be dispersed with higher ranks jutsu and the target can go into mid range with user to avoid the clones.

Method: this jutsu falls under manipulation as a water source is manipulated to attack the target.
Performing: i start by passing my water chakra into the lake nearby and then i start to spin a specific part of the water and also shape manipulating it into a drill which i move towards sensei.
Usage: can be used to attack from diffrent directions, it can also be used to push back a target from coming into short range
counter: it can be countered with a brank fire wall or a b rank wind jutsu strong enough to push it back

Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation

Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

After using the hidden mist technique you can manipulate it with your chakra to reflect the natural light inside the mist to blind the opponent. While using this technique you can't use others since you're focusing on this one of course so that's a big drawback. It's useful in close quarter encounters though since you can blind the opponent and fight with taijutsu/kenjutsu.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

After clapping your hands together you create a large vortex of water to appear out of nowhere which then cascades into a wave of water which you can aim at a specific spot or just let it crash all around. This is a double ranked technique meaning you can use C-rank or B-rank variant where the B-rank is stronger and larger but takes slightly more to form then the C-rank version.

Perform the technique: i begin by building my raw chakra and after building enough,i change the nature into suiton chakra,i then clap my hand and at the same times release my suiton chakra around me,i then change the chakra into a vortex of water around me which i then control to go into the target while changing into a wave
Creative uses/strengths: it can be used as both offensive and defensive,while the vortex is around the user it can protect them.....it turns into a wave which might be hard to evade since it expands over a large area as it gets to long range....it requires no handseal
Drawbacks/counters: i wouls counter this technique with the c-rank earth dome.....the technique first forms a vortex around the user,this will give the user time to think of a counter.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird β†’ Rat β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rat β†’ Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

One of the most useful. After performing the required hand seals the area will begin to rain. The rain happens seconds after you perform the hand seals, the rain will begin to fall. The rain is connected with the users chakra. This allows the user to sense every movement that goes on instantly. Its great for a defense as well as anticipation of attacks. Its one of the best jutsus for defense so I recommend to always set it in the start of the battle. Don't be fool its sensory abilities is nice but you do not sense the opponent mold chakra, it does not go that far. You can though sense projectiles coming towards you since the rain is likely to hit them. Ways to stop this jutsu, is simply blow the clouds away.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake β†’ Ram β†’ Horse β†’ Hare β†’ Ram β†’ Horse β†’ Hare β†’ Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

A jutsu I like to use mainly with a clone in all honesty. The user will manipulate a water source or spew out some water and do the required hand seals. The water will shape into a condense sphere around the opponent. The water acts to suffocate the opponent and drown them. Its also hard to move because its pressurized water. You can even use it one yourself to block attacks. Its a great way to trap an opponent and make life difficult for him. A downside is you must always have a hand on the water sphere if not then the water is released and done. That is why its best used with a clone to keep his hands on the water. Its a handy jutsu and great to spring some traps.

Perform the technique:
I walk over next to your clone and then perform the list of hand signs Snake β†’ Ram β†’ Horse β†’ Hare β†’ Ram β†’ Horse β†’ Hare he then spreads my hands out and moves suiton chakra into his palms water starts shaping into a circle prison of water around the clone.
Creative uses/strengths:Can be used to Trap an enemy and can be used in a combo attack with a Water clone. Combining this jutsu with a Raiton jutsu can electrocute the enemy
Drawbacks/counters:
The enemy could pull out a kunai and go to stab my hand if the Prison isn't strong enough.and it requires the user to have one hand in the prison at all times

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

A very good jutsu. If an opponent is coming in for attacks or sending basic projectile attacks they can turn their whole body into water as well as remain human shape. The attacks will simply go through the user leaving them unharmed. Now the water will have to form back into shape which takes a couple of seconds. Its easy to and fast to transform the body into water as well as back to human. Its great to get out of tough situations and use basic deception. You can't attack in this form but the most is you can run. I recommend never to use it with lightning jutsus, as well as any elemental jutsu. Just basic tai,ken,and weapon projectiles. It counts as a sub so you can only use it once as well as no more subs so use wisely.

A basic attack. The user will perform two hand seals and summon water from out of the air. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent. Though to use the tech you will use the water instantly. The user will manipulate the water and send it towards the opponent as a projectile. It turns into a dragon and acts to engulf the opponent. The dragon is very flexible but its overall simple and quick to perform.

Perform the technique:
shino sees Noni's clone running towards shino with a clenched fist going for a punch shino begins to push Suiton chakra throughout his entire body to every inch of his body as the clone reaches the right distance he throws the punch and goes straight shino's body as shino has turned his body into water
Creative uses/strengths:This can dodge some of the most strongest Taijutsu moves so simply and quickly without trouble, if the enemy goes for a kenjutsu attack with a sword and they swing straight through it will take them time to prepare to attack again and i can strike during that time
Drawbacks/counters:As far as i am concerned the bigger the attack that hits you during the stage the longer it takes for you to recover and user is open to lightning attack in this form

Perform the technique:
shino begins to form the hand signs Dragon > Tiger he then moves on to forward his Suiton chakra towards his hands, he pushes his hands in front of himself and starts pushing out, the water below him starts to form a shape into a dragon and rushes towards Noni's clone, Hitting the Clone in the chest and causing it to puff into smoke
Creative uses/strengths:
This technique is great for pushing through fire balls and multiple other combos, this can also be used to stop the opponent from performing hand signs forcing them to dodge this attack and allow me to strike
Drawbacks/counters:
Not overly powerful, can be countered by a good Earth technique that surrounds the enemy, quite easy to dodge by keeping avoiding or by disturbing the user

Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

The user will perform one hand seal and slam their foot on the ground. This causes water to suddenly rise up and dash towards the opponent as a slicing jet. It has the force to cut through many attacks and its very fast moving as well. Its projectile based as well and remains the shape of a slicing jet during it duration towards the opponent. A simple wall is all that is needed to block or even shacking the ground where the water is based on so you can disrupt its shape and render it useless. Its awesome for combos as well since you can send many attacks at once since its a projectile and more of a set-up.

Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.

A fast moving and performing projectile based technique. The user will gather suiton in their mouth then The user will send a condensed ball of water straight towards any area the user chooses. Its a very fast moving technique as well as powerful enough to push an opponent back. The technique is limited in range only up to mid range. Its very basic in what its purpose is as well as what its meant to be. Its combo friendly as well being able to send multiple attacks. Basic walls are simple enough to stop the ball since it is quite straightforward.
