I heard/read somewhere, I don't remember where, that it was going to be a Fanbook and not a Databook. . . hmm

The announcement reads about it covering from Pein Arc to current, and only the databooks cover arcs, shinobi and jutsu. The two fanbooks are mostly fanart and other tidbits about NV.
