[Kawagiri]

hi this is a new custom character... a missing nin... originally from the mist village (one of the seven swordmen)
what does the name mean? (as far as i'm aware...)

kawagiri - river mist
shinigami - death god of

so basically death god of river mist

i can use water, wind and the bloodline limit of ice. (i know i can't while chuunin)
i also weild the hyo nakami (ice blade) which is a large serated one handed sword which can let ice chakra flow through it.
