Custom element english name: Cell Release
The element is based on: Water
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): It is possible to control nano-bugs, however it would be different as they are extensions of the persons on body. They would create a rapid mitotic rate, creating a large span for error, making it possible for mutations (both good and bad) to happen.
Idea behind its creation: Inspired by a random science class (?). Cells, usually about 90% water, can go through cell division at an alarmingly fast rate using energy form outside the cell, which can be obtained from the surrounding environment
Conditions to be able to use it:
Is weak to: Fire(shrivels cells)
Is strong against: Water(absorbs)
