[Gimp] New avatar and NB staff signature

I used all my Gimp knowledge to make myself new avatar and signature.

Staff members from left to right: Caliburn, Mugiwara, Nexus, HBA, Emperor, Zenryoku and Scarface.

Nexus has nice hairstyle, Emperor's made of plants, Zen has a gray hat and Scarface's there with his beard along with HBA and a boner.

Indeed. Bright green makes this signature much more lively. I also received nice comments from Zenryoku, so I'll be making new one soon enough xd

I am using Linux operating system which means that I cannot use photoshop.... Unless I try to download it and use it with wine
