I dont think that Orochimaru could use his Kawarimi while being paralyzed.

Its debatable. The pain inflicted by Amaterasu should immediately break him out of the paralysis genjutsu, he could use it then.

I dont know about that. Amaterasu burns really fast when the user if focusing his eyesight on target, like when Itachi burned through frog stomach in second, or when Sasuke toasted Danzo.

Minato right there, looks straight into Obito's eyes, even though suspecting him to be a Uchiha. He was reckless and against Itachi, the best Genjutsu user in the manga, it will be his downfall
