People tend to assume oro was after hid body at that time? nope, nowhere did he say that.. according to the databook that was just a argument or fight they hard

and "after orochimaru's humiliating defeat at the hands of Itachi, an uchiha's body became his dream vessel"

If you look at oro's feet when he got put into the paralysis genjutsu, he has one foot forward.. meaning he was stepping up to itachi on the stair case... Orochimaru didn't even get far enough in the fight to cast a jutsu

dude right then and there itachi couldv'e done WHATEVER he wanted to with orochimaru. He couldve killed him right there and ended his whole quest for immortality... Do you realize that? Instead he chose to cut off his hand, because he didn't want to murder a sannin and he doesn't enjoy killing like the demon that is orochimaru

Funny thing is that its very possible that minato was like a god father to itachi because kushina and mikoto were friends so perhaps fugaku and minato were also. What i do believe is that if itachi and minato knew each other, they would be rather close.

Umm, Itachi rapes Orochimaru. Itachi was caught off guard and he still took him out with a genjutsu. Oro stands no chance. That was their fight, and he failed miserably.

He didn't, but from the manga we saw he only used tsukyomi to show kakashi the true power of an uchiha.. he just about almost killed kurenai with a silly explosive clone, asuma didn't notice it either so he would have died as well.. kakashi took damage from the explosion/saving kurenai.. they were getting destroyed and kakashi said "he isn't even serious yet"

as kishi said, they were being toyed with..

I am aware of and agree to that but it wasn't a full fight. Oro needs some justification based on his abilities but against Manga/data book shields i cannot argue.

This^ is also the same reason as to why Itachi told Kisame that if he fought jiraiya it would end in a stalemate. He simply did not care about the akatsuki's goals and would not want to kill jiraiya, a legendary sannin.

Yes they were toyed, but only Kurenai was toyed without MS, it's what i'm saying. When Kakashi came, he had to ressort with MS to deal with him

I really hate people like you that despite having clear manga proof and fact will still stupidly deny the most basic facts.

Itachi is stronger than orochimaru, Itachi would beat him 10 out of 10 times. 16 year old had his back turned to orochimaru and he tried to ambush him like the ***** he is. And Itachi still beat him without even moving. Then Itachi sealed him in 8 serpent mode.

So technically they've fought twice and orochimaru still didn't lay a hand on him. Plus I've never even seen Itachi try to kill before or go all out.

Btw Bogard do not kid yourself about kakashi. He was being pushed to the wall and could barely keep up.
Also if you havent noticed the reason why itachi used ms on him is because genjutsu derived from the 3 tomoe sharingan as its been said doesn't work on somebody with the same eyes.

If you didn't notice he has used sharingan genjutsu on, bee, deidora, oro, etc.
Dont think part 1 kakashi is greater than oro or bee, but rather he has the sharingan therefore a sharingan genjutsu would be more or less useless. Even though a person with the sharingan can resist the ms abit he still succumb to it.

Moral of the story outside sharingan user's he will resort to the 3 tomoe sharingan genjutsu which is enough.
Within sharingan user's its a different ball game
