It's still a feat since even Uchihas only rarely were able to awake it regardless the method they use. Furthermore, even after awaking it that day, he still had to master the MS, something he was only able to do at the begining of part2, then master the technique(Kamui) completely. When the Sharingan alone puts him a lot of stress on his body because of no bloodline limits, just imagine how difficult it is to progress that way

Btw i would like to know where you got Minato's age. I don't think it's stated somewhere

While I think Minato is better, comparing their intelligence is highly stupid. Minato countered Kamui via FTG, when he was caught off guard and from BEHIND! Coupled with the fact he has the best reflexes in the manga, I'm positive Minato can escape Kakashi's kamui. Not to mention when Obito first used it on Minato, it was his first time seeing it, so Obito had the element of surprise.

Minato + Itachi > Kakashi.

We've seen enough of Itachi to place him above most of the characters in the manga. This is a fact. Genjutsu is Orochimaru's weakness, and Itachi can just exploit that... To be honest with you, we haven't seen Minato's full arsenal either. Kakashi stated Minato wanted to add an element to the rasengan, meaning he surely had more jutsu. Whether they were effective jutsu is unknown, but he still had more jutsu. I'm just saying, they're both geniuses in their own rights, and neither would outsmart one another if they ever fought.
