That's fail logic, if Minato wants to get close to Itachi via FTG, he must either throw a kunai near him(And Itachi could easily block the Kunai) or he must place a FTG Seal on Itachi beforehand, which is highly unlikely. Obito failed miserably because he tried to defeat Minato at close-range, that's when FTG works the best however Itachi has no reason to take a risk like that.

Did Obito use Wood style against Minato? No. Did he control the Kurama at the same time while fighting Minato? Yes. On top of that, Obito tried to win the battle with chains and Kamui, not to mention he was inexperienced at that time. Almost anyone would have had the advantage against Obito.

We've only seen the middle of the fight where Orochimaru was already caught in a genjutsu, but Itachi said something like Orochimaru's technique don't work, which means he probably used some jutsus before being caught. And after that, when Orochimaru wanted to break it with kai, he cut his arm, but for someone like Orochimaru who can kawarimi out of his body, it's not a big deal

How oro jutsu could work when he was already under genjutsu. do you remember the fight between uchiha bros with kabuto? Itachi could predict what kabuto would do.
