ohhhh, well i am underground so you can't see me, and I am protected,
also that jutsu pulls you into it, how can you just teleport, even if you are a distance away it will be creating powerfull winds which will continually pull you into the fire, also my fire since it is sucking up everything pulls your ameratsu falcon thingie into the fire away from me.
and now i use

erekutorikku anda-guraundo shinsui ~ electric underground flood

Description: create a giant electric which goes into the ground and electricutes anybody within a large radius that is standing on the ground or hiding in the ground. this jutsu is actually quite easy to avoid if the user is standing on the ground but less easy if the user is underground. if the user knows the location of the enemy he can send the current in one direction and thus making the jutsu plus 10 more powerfull or minus 10 chakra(one or the other)
to send a powerfull current from the underground electricuting you.

4) since my lightning jutsu is a large electrical STORM it is attacking from all directions with lightning and is constantly attacking you for 3 turns, so even if you did use a wind technique, my lightning jutsu is still going on and electricuting you.

1, those lighting jutsu aint even between approved yet shigure approved them but u still need tosend them blonde
2, im confused and dont have clue whatts going on coz u got explaing how ur using ur jutsu's
3.chakra sensing is good coz u have to cone out if the ground to do jutsu not just hid there and do them do work like that
4. the falcon is made from Amaterasu so ur fire would do nothing to it coz that fire lasts 3 days and is the hottest thing in the narutoverse and its made of wind so ur fire would just make it stronger
