well in real life if you were to try to fight me i would probebly just sit there and take hits making no attempt to defend myself. when i was younger though at about the tender age of 10 and stuff i got into many fights cause everyone bullied me.

while in this form the user can control all water around him/ her at will... this can also be mixed with wind chakra to counter lightning attacks and further empower the technique.

i went around the barrier
*the tornado lands directly on top of me with me directly in its eye so i am safe*
ok um i have no way of getting out unless the tornado goes into the barrier
