Network problems

Hey there,I currently can't enter YouTube or Google,it says that there is a problem with my network and that I have to change network for it to work...
I'm on iPad if it matters.

delete all your cookies, then try and see if that works, if it doesnt, disconnect from your wifi and refresh, then reboot your ipad and then refresh your wifi again then try and re connect

Ermm... Disconnect and reconnect your router. That always works.

They both didn't work...I need my iPad's internet tomorrow morning that is in 10 hours.
I'm on a iPad school you see.
I can't even download any of the necessary school apps...
