So as soon as the first one explodes and I cant see you this is after you teleport but might have changed the teleport diection I jump high into the air to where I look around but dont see you on the ground either ur in the smoke or behind me from the teleporting so I use

but this is also before you do the chidori storm this is done as soon as I get out of range of you if ur on the ground and if ur in the air behind me u would get paralyzed from the nagashi because u would be focusing ur chakra for the storm but if some how it comes out it would do only a little damage to me after nagashi is fully up I pull out a a flash bomb and toss it while in the air as I use

Having the Mangekyo Sharingan active i am capable of reacting to speeds greater than the tomo 3 and then as your moving at high speeds i then try tracking you by using my eyes to pick out the faint signals of chakra being left from the single fractions of seconds of your location , the use of sounds from the minute footprints , disturbance of air particles and any other particles such as dust and sand i can put together a picture just big enough to be able to see the enemies location enough to conteract the 7 gates speed and accurately aim an attack and use:

the vortex colides with the fire making steam which EMS cant see through but some of the vortex still heads for u and from behind the vortex I send the torrent of kunias with paper bombs and flash bombs attached to where u cant see them because their behind the vortex making it flash and explode while the water wall is up and the vortex will colide with the wall so u wont get harmed by the vortex but u still have to deal with the weapons, tags and flash bombs behind it*

The first thing I notice is that you Nero escaped the Intense Pain jutsu by running back. But in the rules it is stated that you have to block a jutsu, you can't just avoid it. So, that part needs editing. You cant just avoid attacks by running back and forth.
The bombs on the water wall is an okay move, valid by all means, but Kaito has EMS. Everything is moving at him in slow motion so he can detect the slightest move. But no, I don't think he is able to hear the kunais coming with a water wall running in front of him. The sound would be covered by the sound of the flow of water. Still he would see the kunai "piercing" the water wall in slow motion, meaning that he would be able to step aside.

I think you should ask the senseis though :p I am not the best fighter here. Just an opinion

But I didnt let them the water wall I let them get there getting near him disrupting the water wall and as for the gate avoiding I thought that would be okay because its gate and u cant block a jutsu with gates activated but I can find away to get earth up into the air to stop the fire and go past it making molten rock go for him but since i was in 7 gates I thought it would be okay to out run the fire since 7 gates is basically high speed and movement but i'll edit it if needed?

After reading rei's message, the normal sharingan can slow down motions and dictate any incoming attacks :/ so having his EMS active would only further his abilties....so whereas the waterfall fails; his EMS can save him lol....and please nero, use jutsu to block/evade jutsu if you want any chance in passing :/ this isnt about how you can just be fancy with your moves and be clever.
