*before you can activate EMS I throw a flash bomb at you at a very fast pase by the time you open your eyes to where ems is activated it explodes blinding you as soon as it explodes I use

You are and I let you activate the EMS (if activating EMS counts as an attack) and if u wanna have the mud released I still would have went under ground before the mud could reach my feet I would have been able to see the mud as soon as it is released right? (not trying to start an arguement just trying to see what I need to do for the future)
