PERSONALITY & APPEARANCE:
Khada, who's real name is █████████, is a completionist by every twisted and innocent definition of the word alike. He is also a nihilist through and through, taking pride in his work bringing "purpose to the downtrodden". Every person is a canvas, and his weapons are but tools to paint and decorate until the perfect piece is created. He loathes sloppiness and will even risk his life to make true the perfection he strives eternally for. When confronted and questioned why he partook in such heinous acts of murder and terrorism, his only response was, "Their lives had no value before me."

Not much is known of Jhin both appearance and personality wise. But, when he does come out to paint the world crimson he wears an interesting helmet that covers his face entirely, along with an opened vest crowned with exquisite white fur. His body is encased entirely in a strange suit that lends the appearance of a cybernetic being with glowing lights and circuit grooves. Authorities believe he's literally a killing machine designed to bring terror to the WSE. Either way, his appearance is a menacing one yet his voice is a soothing whisper, like humming insects on a late evening. There is much to be admired and abhorred in this personification of perfection.

Based on the one time we were able to apprehend Khada, he did spare some information on who--or what, rather--he is. Records show he is male, old enough to have witnessed the razing of Chungsu and also █████████ which gives us an idea somewhat of his age. He confessed to a slew of murders that we had tied to him ranging from Aridakumo of the far West to the Ice Falls up north as well as the "impossible" assasination of ██████. He claims to be a hired professional, who had taken contracts from prominent leaders such as ██████, ██████, and even the past Shogun, ██████. We have launched covert investigations into each personnel. Records show he was cold in his answers, but extremely calm, despite all the armed guards and weapons trained on him. After 53 minutes, two of our best psychiatrists had to leave the room, while the rest requested frequent breaks. They are yet to give any solid reason. At exactly 2122 hours, an explosion was heard to the south of our facility. Though we had most resources covering the suspect he had still managed to escape through means that were certainly high level Ninjutsu, even while we had chakra dampeners on him. We have urged the public to provide any information they can on this elusive "Khada" and have put up wanted posters in almost every busy area. At the moment, it's all we can do...

Samurai(侍):Khada was once a samurai during his early days. Even after 'resurrecting' as a human/machine hybrid he still retained the training he went through and is still as deadly as ever with his sword. Khada carries two katanas on either side of his person at all times and is more than capable of Iaidō, the legendary Samurai skill. This means, his sword attacks have increased damage as well as range when combined with his Kenjutsu Specialist perk, which extends the range of his Kenjutsu techniques.

- The Samurai Saber Technique, due to its chakra flow ability, is capable of aiding a samurai in fighting against ninjutsu techniques equal to that of the samurai saber and thus helps them effectively fight against ninja.
- Samurai gain a passive +20 to Kenjutsu attacks, and elemental Nin/Ken.
- Should they wear the traditional Samurai armor and helmet, they are capable of being immune to gas based Poisons and reduces 20 damage from physical attacks. However, use of this armor counts as two of the allowed Ninja Tools.
- Iaidō (居合道) is a samurai-skill where the user quick draws the blade extremely fast to strike, then re-sheathing it after every attack, allowing them to interrupt Ninjutsu handseals.
- Samurai can utilize EIG, SHB and any other Mode, barring Sage Mode.
- Samurai have Increased Speed Specialists, moving at an additional 3 speed levels.
Cyborg(機械): Not much is known about how Khada managed to return from the dead, but his many cybernetic enhancements and barely recognizable body might have something to do with it. Khada's entire being can be considered a weapon, with various scientific tools hidden within grooves and openings in his body for easy use.
- Capable of using multiple ( 2 ) CW and all Scientific Ninja Tools in one event/battle
Cyborgs are able to have two Advanced Ninjutsu.- Cyborgs have five additional custom technology slots, as well as the ability to submit more advanced technology than the standard shinobi.
- Because of their cyborg enhancements, they do not need to carry ninja tools, or any Custom Technology that they create, being able to incorporate it into their own bodies (within reason). For example, if the user made a firearm CT, they could have it housed in a hidden compartment in their wrist, or a chakra blade which emits itself from the user's arms, etc.
- Due to the cybernetic enhancements to their body, Cyborgs have increased durability ( immunity to C rank and below physical attacks and -25 damage from up to S rank physical damage ) and strength ( +20 damage to Taijutsu ). However, due to this enhancement, they are also more vulnerable to Lightning jutsu, increasing the damage done to cyborgs by 20 damage. Energy based attacks deal the same amount of damage.
Scientific Ninja Tools(科学忍具): Khada has various SNT's on his person to help him in combat, however, they are limited due to his low rank.

Description: The Shinobi Gauntlet (忍小手, Shinobigote), often shortened to just Gauntlet (小手, Kote), is a scientific ninja tool that is worn on the forearm. The Gauntlet was developed as a way to allow anyone to use complicated jutsu without the need for training or the requisite skills.To use, Scroll Cartridges that have had jutsu sealed into them are loaded into the Gauntlet's chamber. At first appearing as a normal sealing scroll, upon absorbing a technique it shrinks down to the size similar to a real bullet and can then be loaded into a tool to be activated later. When a nature transformation technique is activated from a Scroll Cartridge, the user make a unique single handed hand seal corresponding to the intended jutsu's nature using the hand of the arm that the Gauntlet is worn on. This causes the Gauntlet to release the jutsu from its Scroll Cartridge, firing it wherever the Gauntlet is aimed. Because the Gauntlet's jutsu require no chakra to perform, the user can gain an advantage in battle by releasing what would normally be chakra-taxing techniques in quick succession.
Note: Academy Student to Genin Ninja can have up to Forbidden ranks sealed, done in either battle, training, or the Ninja World. Chunin can have up to S ranks and Jounin and up ninja can have A ranks and below sealed within a Kote.
