Lee is a straight forward taijutsu fighter and he will never overcome the byakugan. The gentle fist will put him down. Every move no matter how fast will be seen through. His most powerful punches will not phase Neji and his defence. Neji wins!

Really?? I actually think that Lee could beat neji because the byakugan does have a weak point and rock lee would eventually find. with the 6 gates opened too rock lee would destroy neji. every defense has a weak point.

Its depends who hit who first..
If Rock Lee enter the battles and removes his weights and open the gates starting in the battle, Rock lee might have the chances of Drawing
If Neji, start hitting Rock Lee with his Gentle Fist Art: Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms(64hits), or Gentle Fist Art: Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms(128hits) its Game Over for Rock Lee. Not provided if Neji can upgrade his DDR2-Ram higher, his Gentle Fist Art: Eight Tirgrams might even go to One Thousand Twenty-Four Palms(1024hits).

Wouldn't you think he would have found it by now? Like a flashback of some recent training before the 6PoP attacked konoha. Kido was the first person we know of that has pushed a byakugan user to their limits and found the weak spot. Naruto vs Neji was more of a genius vs a orthodox genius. Naruto isn't really no where near a genius but I would use it because he uppercut Neji from the ground. But I hate the way NB use the word genius as a winning card.
I'll make this easier for everybody. Manga states that Neji beats Lee. Ten ten mention that Neji beats Lee every time they duel. Lee is trying to surpass Neji in taijustu. The manga also states that Neji will eventually be surpassed by Hinata and then it goes on to state that Hinata will be surpassed by her little sister.
Now that we are in Shipp it doesn't show Lee or Neji being anything different. It showed Hinata using a jedi push. So you can tell she has made improvements with byakugan. So in shipp we have almost no choice to accept that Neji is STILL stronger than Lee.

to those saying that neji would win and the manga backs it up, i think that's more speculation than anything because those times were in their youth even before lee started wearing green. no he wouldn't be able to use his byakugan or gentle fist or palm rotation or anything against 6 gates lee because he is simply too fast. gentle fist and byakugan rendered useless because his eyes can't keep up, even if they can i doubt his body will be able to. we saw what happened during sasuke and lee's quickie fight he saw the hits coming but wasn't fast enough to avoid them. as for the rotation i guess if he had AMAZING timing he could use it for defense but a the speed lee would be moving it would pretty much come down to luck for neji. lee would win by hidden lotus unless he gets hit in the start of the fight
honestly aside from ariow nobody has a legit arguement as to why neji would win but i'm the 3rd or 4th person to state why lee would win. that says a whole lot right there

so what naruto is a genin still and nobody in the village can hold a candle to him. rank has like no meaning in narutoverse aside from they passed a test
that's basically sparring and people don't go all out in sparring
however i totally have your back on that genious thing, people on narutobase use it like some kind of trump card or that it means literal genious(I.Q. wise) but it really doesn't mean shit when you consider how many people have been called a genious over the years
when has anyone other then ten ten or neji himself actually said that neji is better? never. it has been shown that neji has beaten lee on multiple occasions but that doesn't mean he's better than lee. i mean think about it, what would neji have done vs garra? my personal oppinion is die
note that i am well aware of the fact that lee lost but neji would have lost worse
In the fight with Garaa vs Lee. I would think Lee will be the "better" fighter because nothing was shown of the movement speed of Neji at the time. Who knows what that outcome of the fight would have been if Neji fought him. I can see Garaa slowly but surely tiring out Neji by warping and wraping his sand around Neji until he gets tired. The picture that is stuck in my mind right now is Garaa sand coming from above, Neji rotates while the sand is pushing him down, Neji rotates, garaa pushes down hard to the point where Neji's rotation digs a serveral ft circle in the ground. Then death. So yes in that fight Lee was the better fighter for that situation no matter if he lost or won. In a Neji vs Lee fight and a Garra vs Lee fight the situations are a HELLA of a lot different. Situation fights > Naruto.
What do you mean about the first statement. No other person has to say it. It will mean different if Gai came up and said "Lee has finally surpassed him." or "Lee has surpassed Neji." Lee being on the ground with Neji standing over him would seem that Neji > Lee. In there early training we don't know if lee had gates but we do know that Lee will forever continue going all out in sparring with neji and a death match. Lee will never take a half *** approach to beating someone. Lee has always been trying to best Neji. He was trying to be "accepted" by Neji.
I love our little argument before I go to bed or game I'll rep you lol.
