Wind is strong againts lightning: its is strong againt lightning cause it cannot conduct electricity so there for neutralizes/puts out the lightning.
Wind is weak against fire: wind has the properties of air and having the properties of air it contains oxygen which supports combustion(fire) there wind is weaker than fire.
With what element can it be used in combination with:
wind and water: wind can be used in combination with water, using the wind as an accelerator the water attack, to increase its speed and also cause more damage.
Wind and fire: although wind is weaker that fire but when used as a combination, the product formed is a bigger and higher ranked fire.(due to wind aids the fire).

- asuma
- temari

Sensei, i mostly use my phone to be on the NB, cause my laptop gives me internet issues, so about posting pics i might no be able to do so, but i'll still try my best to see if i can post, but what i'm saying/ asking is if its a must to post a pic? (Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique
Type: Defence

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes
Focus your wind chakra and create a small gust of wind that will take some loose sand and dust with it. This will cause it to feel like a sandblaster to the opponent if they get it. They could become temporarily blinded if they get sand in their eyes, but I think that is obvious.

Advantages
this jutsu requires no hand seals so it is really fast and easy, and due to the dust particles carried by this jutsu, this jutsu can be used as a diversion or a primary attack(where the user does this so he could have an opening to land a secondary attack). Can be used to defend against thrown kunai's/shuriken.
Disadvantages
this jutsu is relatively weak due to its rank. That should be its major if not only disadvantage.
how would you defend againts this technique
well the i can use this techniques to, rendering both users blind temporarily, using a fire jutsu which has an elemental advantage over wind(having the fire build up more because of the wind), using a d-rank water as a shield, using lightning but a higher rank(like chidori nagashi). An earth shield would be the best.(like an earth wall).

To find good strengths and weaknesses you have to look at the jutsus carefully, but also think about their uses.
For this jutsu is, beside indeed the low rank, the short range, and the not really usefulness the weaknesses.
