The Clans power lies in the battle between the Juubi and the So6p's. Or moreover, the result of the battle. After the fight, the malevolent chakra remaining from the battle sought a partner of sorts to and finding it in a man named Anshoku who it forced itself into his body, burning the symbol for Demon onto his palm. The foul chakra then transversed to the moon attempting to remerge with the Juubi who was sealed inside it, and awaits to be summoned thru portals by Nekura clansmen who would be based at the summit of a dark mountain at the outskirts of the Demon Country called Minas Morgul. This foul chakra, called Keigoku, is summoned thru the portals much like space time techniques. It doesn't interact with physical objects, rather when in contact with anything sentient with a mind, it will cause seering mental pain and anguish. prolonged exposure to strong Keigoku techniques can cause a complete shattering of the mind and possibly a vegetative state which is great. Some clansmen can also use Drain, to take the mental pain caused on an opponent and use it to strengthen their own minds allowing them to overcome mental pain and battle on even if badly hurt. The fact that Nekura's bodies reject foreign chakra makes putting them in genjutsu practically impossible, and any Bijuu will believe the Nekura clansmen to be one of them and be unwilling to fight against them. Nekura now seek to bring down the So6p's dynasty of Uchiha and Senju as well as finding a way to release the Juubi from the moon.

Hm ill expand on that a bit more

Essentially the main ability of the clan, we access this chakra we called Keigoku through the use of portals we open up. Think of it as a s/t hallway of sorts, one door is open on the moon, where the chakra of the Jyuubi travels through and another portal is open somewhere on the battlefield, in short wherever you choice to open it. We can only send Keigoku through these portals, nothing else. Opening a portal doesn't count as a move but seeing as to merely opening a portal does nothing and doesn't prevent a jutsu from hitting you, you can see it as completely useless unless you channel chakra through it in the form of a jutsu.

The Keigoku doesn't do any physical harm to a foe. Well, that's to say it doesn't affect the opponent's physical being. The Keigoku is a chakra so foul, so corrupt, that it rots away a foe's conscious and mind. Once contact has been made with a foe, even the slightest of brush against exposed skin, causes great agony upon their brains and mind, taken the concept of mental torture further than genjutsu can take it. Prolonged exposure can cause great damage to their brain, leaving the foe in a comatose like state until they receive training. Because it focuses on the actual conscious and soul of an object, it is able to pass through solid material, such as trees, buildings, waves, etc. However that all depends on the rank and experience of the user. A seer's Keigoku is unable to even pass through a door while the Clan Head on the opposite end of the spectrum can send his keigoku through something as large as a mountain range, depending on the rank of the jutsu used. If the Keigoku touches the mind of a summoning, it causes the mind to go through great pain, not enough to disburse, but enough to corrupt the mind, turning it against it's master, making it a temporary ally as long as it's on the field, depending on the rank of the technique.

Two of the strongest techniques of the clan, the Evil Eye transfers Keigoku directly to the face of the foe, causing intense pain near instantly. The Drain does exactly what the name says, drains the target of chakra and brings it back to themselves, powering them more and allows you to fight longer despite injuries you might have sustained. Of course, these jutsus are advanced and only the Cla Council and up can learn the Evil Eye and Possibly Black Knight and higher for The Drain, I'm not sure atm.

Due to the Jyuubi's chakra, the Keigoku, always surging through off, it makes it impossible to inject any form of foreign chakra inside of us, including Sage Mode, Curse Marks, Genjutsu, Jyuken, Kiyoshi and other techniques/abilities that might inject chakra in you (however attacks that use chakra as brute strength still work). It is due to this same chakra that Bijuu are unwilling to attack us, even in their incomplete forms. They associate our chakra with that of the Jyuubi, believeing us to be one of them. The Jinchuriki can attack us but his Bijuu will be unwilling. However, we can be healed after battles, once our body is worned down and defenses are lowered. They'll have to work 3 times as hard, likely using higher ranked jutsus to heal small wounds. Luckily, we have a very special cloak, that blocks most weapon strikes, including kunais and shuriken.

Got it?

Hm ill expand on that a bit more

The abilities of the Nekura center on the summoning and control of this foul chakra of the Juubi's, that the clan calls "Keigoku".
The chakra is warped from the moon by a clansman opening the dimesional portal, through which the chakra enters the battlefield. This is much like a Summoning jutsu, which brings objects from a different place through dimensions. The portals can be opened anywhere on the battlefield. However, note that they cannot be used for transporting the user, opponent etc. over dimensions. Only Keigoku can transport itself through the portals. The portals are silent and do not actually count as a jutsu, however the release of a Keigoku technique from them is a jutsu; furthermore, it's not as if the portals possess any use outside of transporting Keigoku anyway.

The power of the Keigoku, however, is not to directly affect physical objects. The Keigoku is so corrupted, that it causes searing pain to an opponent's mind if they have been touched with the energy. Much like how prolonged exposure to a fire can cause extreme burns, prolonged exposure to high-rank Keigoku techniques can cause a complete shattering of the mind and possibly a vegetative state. This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object. Should the Keigoku touch a Summoning, it will turn them against its master

Skilled users of Keigoku have been rumored to shift its focus from merely shattering minds to bending them or manipulating them with even direct eye contact initiating a transfer of Keigoku between people. However, this can only be done by extremely high-level Nekura and requires special training from the Clan Head. Similarly, skilled Nekura above a certain rank possess one of the most useful powers. The Drain. Once one of their Keigoku attacks have connected with the opponent, istead of letting their Keigoku dissipate, the Nekura bring the Keigoku back to them and pour the stolen strength from the opponent's mind into theirs. This firms up their mind, and even if they have injuries makes their mind pretend it isn't there and force the body to function as it normall would. Since this isn't really a cure, after the battle the Nekura will feel their injuries again plus an extra 25 damage points due to the strain of forcing their body. As many damage points as the opponent is hit with, that many damage points the user may force their mind to believe it isn't affecting their body.

Another side-effect of wielding the Keigoku is that any Bijuu, whether incompletely or fully transformed, believe the Nekura to be one of "them" since the Nekura wield the same chakra that the Bijuu were made of - just not in the same amounts. The Bijuu therefore refuse to attack the Nekura. Each Nekura is given a cloak strong enough to keep out normal weapons strikes. An unwanted ability is that of the Nekura's bodies, after or during a battle, being so filled with Keigoku that they reject any foreign chakra from entering their body, and stop it instantly. This means that medical ninjutsu have to force harder to overcome the natural resistance, making Nekura extremely hard to heal, roughly three times that of a normal patient.

Got it?

The first step is opening a portal, the normal and basic way for most ninja is actually spending chakra to create a doorway, however we can open portals by will without chakra cost. This is done by mostly submerging yourself in negative emotion and focusing it through a certain part of the body, the Mark that all Nekura have tattoo'd on their body.

As Oroku Saki raises his right hand, he begins to dwell upon his burning hatred for Hamato Yoshi, and how deeply he wished to end his life as violently and painfully as possible. As his heart burned with killing rage and this deep hatred he focused it, concentrating on the dark mark on his right hand as he used his mere will to open a portal in front of him concentrating to keep it open. He could feel the connection his desire to kill this certain man made with the foul chakra of the Juubi and himself, and he desired to use it to rain death upon the lands..

Good, now, use chakra to draw keigoku through it, whilst maintaining the connection to the evil intent.

With his chakra, Saki uses the evil in his heart to connect directly with the Keigoku on the other side of the portal and begins to draw it thru till a mass of Keigoku chakra appears from the portal directly in front of himself.

Now, use a tech and summon keigoku from the portal to corrupt the technique
Using the darkness in my heart to stay connected with the keigoku, I raise my right hand and concentrate lightning chakra into it, compressing it into a ball of lightning. I then summon keigoku from the portal and into the compressed ball of raiton..

(Raiton: Sanda Appu) – Lightning Release: Thunder Up
Rank: A
Type: Offence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user concentrates a lot of lightning chakra into their hand, compressing it into a ball of lightning energy. The user can then hurl it at the enemy or trust it forward in a melee attack. Once the ball hits the target, it expands into a massive lightning explosion.

( Nekura Ichizoku Hijutsu: Zokugie ) - Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Self
Chakra: 30 (+10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description:
Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them.
Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.
No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.

An interesting technique no doubt, Shady used this on me before in a battle. Creates a portal from which small amounts of Keigoku are added to a technique that is fires from directly in front of you thru the portal, adding a second layer to an attack. Even if they manage to stop the original attack, they also have to worry about the foul chakra hitting them. I like that it's effects stack the more the Keigoku hits the opponent increasing their lack of concentration as their minds weaken more and more.

( Noroidzi Hari no Nami ) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave

Type: Supplemenary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank.*If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle.

(TZogesuzumebachi no Ame ) - Rain of Stinging Wasps

Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 ( +5 per turn )
Damage: 60
Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide,causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause.This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use.
By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.
The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles or wars.

Perform these two techniques and also explain it

Saki concentrates on the Dark Mark on his hand, using the evil in his heart he opens multiple portals all across the sky that he summons keigoku thru, the foul chakra falls like rain drops all over the terrain. Then, making 3 seals he uses the Keigoku that has hit the ground around his opponent turning it into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at his target from all sides..

Both great techniques in their own right. The Rain can make avoiding the Keigoku extremely difficult, and is great for dealing with pesky flying summons and the likes. Of course prolly not good to use if you have non Nekura allies on the field, but hey...sucks to be them. That it stops them from being able to perform things that require great concentration is a great perk as well. And the ability to use Keigoku on the field that could have been dodged as a secondary attack with Cursed Blood Needle Wave is great as well, just when they thought they were safe, bam, they get hit with a secondary attack from the same Keigoku. This also avoids needing to summon more Keigoku for another attack taking advantage of Keigoku already present on the field.

Any questions of anything or you would like clarified.

( Bakudō no Shichijūkyū: Kuyō Shibari ) - Way of Binding Number Seventy Nine: Nine Sunlight Traps
Show
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
The user makes four handseals, causing eight small portals to emerge on all sides around the opponent, a metre away. Keigoku flows from these portals, before forming itself into a multitude of ropes, that seek to ensnare the target. If they are successful in capturing the target and immobilizing him, a ninth portal opens up a few inches in front of his torso, and completes the binding, restricting the opponent from all motion. If the opponent however, avoids being caught in the ropes from the first eight portals, nothing occurs. Upon being bound, the opponent takes 30 damage due to being in contact with Keigoku, and gets a searing headache that disrupts his concentration.
This technique may be used only thrice per battle.
No Nekura techniques above A-rank may be used during the same turn and the next turn.

Perform that and adv/disadv and questions

No questions.

Saki concentrates his chakra into his dark mark, focusing his hatred he opens 8 portals that surround the opponent on all sides even above, a mere 1 meter away from them. As the portals form, Saki summons keigoku thru the portals that takes the forms a multitude of ropes that quickly wrap up and ensnare the enemy who is writhing in mental pain, as a 9th portal opens inches from his torso, the keigoku coming from the portals completes the binding ensnaring them and stopping them from moving at all.

Advantages are pretty obvious, locking someone down with the portals a meter away from them is great. I guess it's only disadvantage is they could escape below if they managed a quick enough maneuver. No questions

( Fōsurai ) - Force Lightning
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user, by using expert chakra control, moulds their Keigoku chakra before opening the portal. Through this method, the user creates a "pressure" of chakra behind the closed portal. Then, the user will open the portal within short range of themselves suddenly, letting the foul chakra explode out into the jutsu. The sudden appearance of such pressurized chakra creates a "flash" of chakra bright enough to momentarily blind dojutsu users and sensors (only if their dojutsu/sensor techniques are active). The Keigoku then shoots forward at the target shaped like lightning, causing pain and temporary incapacitation for one turn
Note: The "sensory/dojutsu blinding" effect lasts long enough for the lightning bolt to travel to mid-range and lasts only during said turn

Same thing for these techniques

We did Cursed Needle, great technique. I'll just do Force Lightning
``````````````````````````````````````````
Saki concentrates on the Dark Mark on his hand, using the evil in his heart and expert chakra control behind a closed portal he moulds his Keigoku pressurizing it before opening the portal short range of himself, the Keigoku bursting out brilliantly blinding his enemies and raging forwards like lightning to incapacitate all in it's wake..
Excellent move that even works on sensors/doujutsu users, can see many different ways this could cause issues for someone foolishly rushing me from mid range
