The Juubi's residue chakra was just floating around, minding its own business, when this guy came walkin' and absorbed it all. Now, the Juubi's chakra wasn't too happy about that, so it tweaked the guy a bit; turning him into a right douchebag. Now, the douchebag was pretty strong, so he had his own plans with the Juubi's chakra, and actually learned how to use it for his own malicious purposes.
Now, the Juubi ain't no sharin' kinda guy; so his chakra won't let anything into its host, meaning that Genjutsu, Senjutsu and other kinds of stuff gets kinda moot. Like, really moot.
Moot.
Now, Nekuras may not be able to gather Senjutsu, but they can call for the Juubis chakra. Hell, they summon it through awesome portals and manipulate it 'round the field. Depending on how good you are with it, one can move this chakra (Keigoku or something?) through solids on different levels. You start with nothing and end up being able to move through mountains.
The Juubi's chakra ain't good for everybody though, so some people get hurt when they come into contact with it, which kinda works in most Nekuras' favor, especially in battle. Heck, the stuff can even be used in some sort of pseudo-Genjutsu.
Yeah, you heard me! I've seen that scary-ass jutsu where one transfers the stuff (Keigoku, right?) directly from eye to eye.

But yeah, for the most part, you have the clan's abilities and history down. Due to the Jyuubi's chakra (the Keigoku) always surging through us, it makes it impossible to inject any form of foreign chakra inside of us, including Sage Mode, Curse Marks, Genjutsu, Jyuken, Kiyoshi and other techniques/abilities that might inject chakra in you (however attacks that use chakra as brute strength still work). It is due to this same chakra that Bijuu are unwilling to attack us, even in their incomplete forms. They associate our chakra with that of the Jyuubi, believeing us to be one of them. The Jinchuriki can attack us but his Bijuu will be unwilling. However, we can be healed after battles, once our body is worned down and defenses are lowered. They'll have to work 3 times as hard, likely using higher ranked jutsus to heal small wounds. Luckily, we have a very special cloak, that blocks most weapon strikes, including kunais and shuriken.

Now then. Every Nekura has a different method, so you'll have to work out what yours is. We've already had insane laughter, ruthless ambition, and violent bloodshed. Try to feel the connection the cursed chakra has with you in your body. You do this by different methods; some Nekura feel this initially only when they have particularly viciously killed someone, myself being one of them; but everyone has their own methods to establish contact.

Using the principle of the summoning technique, I focus a relatively big amount of chakra into my hands and expell it through my fingers in a circular pattern. Focusing on the connection I have with the Juubi's foul chakra, I concentrate on 'drawing' it through the ring while I continuously pump chakra into the shape.

Now that I think about..I wonder if the opening of the portals follow summoning principles, or space/time principles in the concept of traveling from one location and appearing in another instantly. Meh, not important at the moment.
Good, good..now that you have the portal open, try to establish a connection between that symbol on your hand (that's the generic placement of the Nekura clan symbol. You can have it located elsewhere if you'd like.) and the foul chakra on the moon. Use the chakra from the symbol to act as a honing beacon, so to speak, drawing the chakra towards it first.
So.... I could theoretically have it on my butt and make it look like I'm farting Keigoku?
Using the same principle as Sage Mode, I stand completely still while focusing on the symbol branded onto the palm of my right hand. Breathing deeply, I reach out for the foul chakra on the moon, calling it towards the portal and the symbol with small fluctuations of chakra.

Very good. Here, it'll come in handy later on, it blocks most kenjutsu attacks and shuriken and kunai. You've been promoted from Scourge to Paladin, and as such, you're newly developed Keigoku has become stronger, capable of passing through bushes, rain, small waves of water, and small boulders.
*summons a special cloak that Nekura members are known for wearing that has a symbol of the Clan's "eye" on it's back*
Now, as you can see, the chakra that is emitted from this portal is very dangerous, capable of causing near immediate incapacitation upon contact. As it stands, it doesn't have much use merely flowing in front of you, it'd be more useful if it could be sent outwards towards a foe from a distance, correct? I want you to open a portal and channel Keigoku through it and mold it into the shape of a small ball and cause it to travel forward, passing through that small tree there.

You only use chakra to open the portals. We have control over Keigoku and once the portals are open, we exercise that control and cause it to take whatever shape or form we need it to.
Now i need you to fire a fireball and then open a portal and release a keigoku ball through it. Cast the keigoku ball after you fire the fireball to hide it within.

Good. Now that you have through basis down, i want you to open a portal and fire another all of keigoku through it, this time at the same time you release the fireball.
*I gather my katon chakra and release it in as a big ball of fire. Then, as I've launched the fireball, I call upon the Juubi's chakra and open a portal a few meters ahead, immediately moving a condensed mass of Keigoku through it. So as the fireball passes through the portal, the ball launches from it, essentially combining the two attacks.*

Good. The portal stays open from then on out. Every time you use a projectile style attack that emanates from you, Keigoku flows through it and is hidden in the attack. If you are of a high enough rank, then your Keigoku might be able to bypass their defense to your elemental attack and they'd still be effected even by defending. Any and all questions should be asked lol.

Description: Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them.
Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.
