Noneless, it is such an honor to meet you, Akuma-San. I am honored that you choose me to be one of a few shinobis in such a wonderful clan.

Nero then procceds by telling Akuma-san all sorts of information he has got about his clan, the Nekura clan.

Oh well, The Nekura clan, a clan of demons and heartless shinobis. A clan made by a mistake. It all began back then when Rikudo Sennin was sealing the Juubi. As a result of their fight, the land where the fight took place became saturated by the Juubi's foul chakra due to releasing most, unfortuntaly for this land where the battle took place, the Juubi unleashed most of his techniques. As a result of the Rikodu Seenin exhaustion after sealing the Juubi, the Rikudo Sennin took a rest. As a result the malevolent chakra that the battle arena possessed seeked for a partner that it would share it's almighty power with, this partner was our clan head, the founder of the clan. The chakra forced itself in him. As a result of it entering his body, a unique symbol, a Demon symbol was carved onto his palm. The chakra's journey didn't last long, as it merged with the Juubi's moon's dark side. However giving our clan founder a great abitlity by doing so which is summoning this chakra through a portal, summoning it wherever he wants to. This chakra which is called, "Keigoku" possess such a unique and rare abilities alongside with begin able to be summoned with a dimension portal, this portals are silence and cannot be heard, these portal can be open in any angle and any place and any spot within the battlefield depending on the user himself. The Keigoku chakra is pretty corrupted hence it causes such a great pain upon touching the opponent's victim. This however could be used with another way, instead of causing damage to the victim upon contact with the Keigoku, the Keigoku could be used to suck the opponent's strength and energy and then put to into the user's body which causes the user not to feel any injures if he have any, this however have it's drawbacks, after the fight, the Nekura shinobi would be so exhausted because of feeling the injures he had before besides a damage to him equals 25+ damage point to his body, this however is only used by high-leveled and skilled Nekuras. The Keigoku has also an ability that allows it to pass through any object without loosing any power of it as long as it don't have a mind. The Keigoku could turn a summoning of his victim against him at him upon having a direct contact with it's outer skin. Because the fact that the Nekuras have Bijuu chakra within their body, whenever fighting a Jinchuuriki in either the In-complete form or the complete form, a Jinchuuriki couldn't fight the user meanwhile in the the in-complete for or the complete form because the Bijuu refuses attacking him due to having same chakra as it. The last but not least is that Nekuras body is not like anybody, it refuses any foreign chakra to be put inside of it. Yes this is very useful specially meanwhile fighting a genjutsu master, however this have it's own drawbacks, one is that the Nekura shinobi wouldn't be able to have any sort of special abilities such as SM or CM. The other is that when being healed, it rerquires x3 effort of the Medical Ninja while healing The Shinobi as his body refuses any foreign chakra into it. The Nekura Shinboi also has a specific damage boosts to the attacks of Keigoku he performs which is depends on his rank inside of the clan. The Nekura clan is different that any other clan. The Nekura clan isn't to be joined, it is to be chosen by the Clan founder and the clan councils.

Sorry Akuma-San, this all I know about the clan. I know it isn't that good, but it is a try.

Descending upon a Condor, Mystogan looked over towards Akuma-sama, who showed great disinterest with even standing in the spot he was.
I can tell you are not fully engaged right now, disinterested in this part of your duty as part of the Clan Council. Which is why I've come; if you have more pressing things to do, Akuma-sama, and cannot fully concentrate on this one's training, than he will need someone who can fully concentrate and give this man the proper training to be a valuable part of the clan. You may take my Condor back to Minas Morgul, if you wish.
After speaking to his superior, the Black Knight turned towards the man before him and spoke directly to him.
Now, fellow clansman, you say you are prideful? Than concentrate on your pride, on everything that makes you proud, and become vain. Become so filled with pride that your emotions become tainted; "good" shinobi cannot handle the foul chakra the Juubi has to offer. As you concentration on transforming your pride into vanity, also concentrate your chakra flow towards your Mark of the Demon; for the next step of your training, you will need to be quite adept at gather Keigoku.

With me hearing the orders of Mystogan-sensei, I start of by putting one thing, and one thing only into my mind. My village. The village where all my pride belong. The village that supports me wherever I am and whatever I do. The village of the rock. With my village within my mind, no one can face my pride. Meanwhile doing so I gather decent amount of chakra, channeling it to my Demon symbol, the symbol of the Nekura clan. With me full of pride, I use my dark side in order to translate my pride to vanity. With the amount of pride I have, my vanity will be in it's best.

It really is harder than I thought! It is hard to maintain this chakra inside my body

Having gathered a decent amount of chakra with my pride turned to vanity meanwhile having the symbol of demon, the symbol which is placed on the body of a Nekura whenever he is chosen by the clan council and/or the clan leader. I however, don't stop at this point. I keep focusing my chakra into my Mark, the Mark of the Demon. This said, I also keep putting in my head my village, the village hidden in rocks. The pure source of my pride. The source of my vanity. I keep focusing meanwhile taking the suffer, the result of gathering the chakra. This two are the only sacrifice that may make the Juubi, the source of our chakra to accept me and my sacrifice.

That's why *cough* I screamed *cough* The damage the chakra caused *cough* forced me to cry out of pain *cough* However it seems that my body *cough* is getting used to it *cough* as I no longer feel the same pain I used to feel as I started *cough*]
A new chakra have been entered into my body. A new feeling. A feeling I had never felt before. The feeling of joy and panic. The feeling of power and weakness. The feeling of dark and light. The feeling of two opposite things all together. This feeling forced me to concentrate into it, without even noticing. The moment the chakra entered inside me can't be forgotten. The chakra of the juubi, into my body gave me the feeling of power meanwhile feeling a pain inside of my arteries causing me to feel as if they are about to explode. The feeling of the Juubi chakra inside of my chakra gates. A feeling I have never experienced before. Yes, it was very hard to take control over the Juubi's chakra, even that it is inside of my body at first, but then I think my body got used to the chakra, and treated it as if it is my very own chakra. That way, I was able to manipulate the chakra of the Juubi just as if I was the Juubi's itself.

Finally, I no longer feel pain but a little bit. That way I think I am able to release the Keigoku from my body and attempt to follow the orders of you, Mystogan-sensei!

That's said, I advance by releasing a decent amount of my Keigoku chakra that I already have, no need to gather more chakra. I focus my Keigoku chakra into a specific spot in the naked air in front of me, manipulating the Keigoku chakra for the very first time, however due to the fact that this is the most basic technique among the clan, I am able to do it even if I am a newbie at it. Having manipulated the Keigoku chakra, I create a portal, once I create the portal, I focus even more Keigoku chakra inside of the portal, making the portal even bigger and turning the portal into some sort of a bride. This bridge in fact is a line between my spot and the place where the Juubi lays.

I have a question. What if I am fighting the Juubi itself. What is the situation then? I mean it could be shown that Tobi and/or Madara could take control over the Juubi and become it's Jinchuuriki. What could I do against him? Could I still his own chakra on him? And would it affect him?

Excellent; your next task is to simply try to manipulate some actual Keigoku. And while it may seem simple, the first time is always quite difficult. Your task, right now, is to create a new portal before you, and then send normal chakra into your Mark of the Demon, which will cause it to act as a type of "homing beacon" which draws more Keigoku from the Juubi down to earth; to you. However, as with lightning, the Keigoku will take the "path of least resistance" and flow through the portal near you. As you become more adept at using Keigoku, you'll be able to master creating multiple portals and using only specific ones, as well as drawing Keigoku into a portal which is far away from you, but for now I want you to simply "pull" Keigoku from the moon down here, where it will slowly spill out of the portal "pathway" you created.

By replying to his teacher's orders with the previous word, Nero starts his next task off by creating a new portal in front of him and continues performing his new task by focusing a decent amount of his very own normal chakra into his Mark of Demon, the mark which was given to him upon choosing his as a Nekura. The new Portal is meant to be like a beacon, a beacon which Nero would use to pull Keigoku from the moon, causing the Keigoku to slowly emerges out of the Portal at a "specific" direction.

"Sorry my friends! I was on the planet of the Ood, and mind melding gets weird sometimes... Anyways! Ah yes the Nekura. Here's what I know:

The Nekura, are a clan of those who have experienced the adverse effects of the Juubi's influence and lived. The members of the clan have a sort of insanity which prevents them from being negatively effected by Keigoku. Keigoku is the remnants of the Juubi's chakra on the dark side of the moon. Those of the clan who have experienced the "insanity" of the Juubi, possess Keigoku inside of their bodies. Keigoku, as chakra, is extremely aggressive, and is comparable to a symbiote. Any foreign chakra which attempts to enter a Nekura's system is fought off by the Keigoku. This makes any sort of healing extremely difficult, but at the same time, it's somewhat of a blessing when it comes to Genjutsu. Any sort of genjutsu which attempts to enter a Nekura's system is pushed out without fail. An opponent who is not a Nekura and is attacked with Keigoku, will suffer severe mental damage, normally through headaches.

A Nekura summons Keigoku through the used of eye shaped portals. Depending on your rank in the Nekura clan, it determines the strength of your Keigoku based attacks, and the level of their intangibility. The rank I'm currently at, the black knight, allows your keigoku to go through many objects, but not all. Forgive me, as I can't remember offhand the example used in the thread, but I remember it having to do with the abundance of the object effecting it significantly more.

Also, complete Bijuu modes cannot hurt us, and we have the ability to interrupt a person's control over their summoning.

The history of our clan is lacking. Whether you forgot, or missed it on purpose, here we go: after the Sage of Six Paths sealed the Juubi's body in the moon, he rested. And it was a huge mistake. The foul chakra of the Juubi, which resided in the land of their battle site, wandered until it found Anshoku Nekura, our ancestor, and entered his body. This is the summary of our history. Additionally, the Nekura clansmen have the Mark of the Demon on our bodies, normally on our hand, though personally mine is over my right eye. The Mark of the Demon is what allows us to draw Keigoku from the moon to earth.
And yes, the same technique may be much more powerful if used by a higher-ranking member in contrast to a low-ranking member, as well as our Keigoku being intangible and being able to pass through more depending on our ranks. Also, it's not just complete Bijuu mode, but if a Jinchuriki taps into their Bijuu's chakra reserve for a technique, that technique cannot be used against us, as the Bijuu recognizes us as the Juubi due to our close ties, thus giving us immunity to any technique utilizing a Bijuu's chakra.

However, I am not yet of a position where I can question Akuma's decisions... So, one thing about our abilities you missed is The Drain. This is an ability granted to Nekura clansmen of Black Knight level and above. It allows us to gather back used Keigoku which has affected a target, and then use the same Keigoku which weakened your opponent to strengthen your own mind, allowing you to fight through pain as if it were not there. However, if The Drain is used when you, say, have your right leg completely destroyed, and you continue to fight as though your leg were fine, you only hurt it more without your body recognizing the pain, giving Eight Inner Gate-like downsides when it comes to hurting yourself through over-exertion. However, we'll talk more on that later.

The entire sky seems to darken, and even a low peel of thunder is heard in the distance. The Doctor looks up, and a terrifying look crosses his face.
