No, our resistance to foreign chakra is a tad more complicated than that... But for now, let us simply move on.
(Noroidzi Hari no Nami) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave
Type: Supplemenary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank.*If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle.
Here, I want you to form several portals in the sky, an from there release Keigoku own upon the earth like rain. This is the essence of the technique.

I focus my mind for a few seconds and cause dozens of portals to open across the sky like a black storm cloud and soon after countless tiny droplets of Keigoku drip out, drawn by my mental command and covering the field around us as the black rain simply passed through the objects around us as well as our bodies. If it weren't for our unique bodies the two of us would be in intense pain right now.

Excellent, young one...
As the rain fell, Mystogan watched his old cloak from his time as a Black Knight flutter on the back of another; against this man. He shook the thought from his head. Soon we shall confront that, Mystogan thought. But not at this moment.
Now, I'd like you to tell me anything noteworthy which comes to mind when you think about this technique: how it can be used, defended against, how you can use your opponent defending it, by your own defense descriptions, to your advantage, and anything else you find worthy of mention.

Well the proper defense to this would be a thick overhead shelter or a jutsu to draw the Keigoku away. Although due to my rank the drops will fall through most objects, so simple domes won't surface, They might need the Great Stone Golem, or to go underground, or even go to the air and get above the portals. If they do the expected and try for the ground turning it to swamp, lava or otherwise dangerous terrain will make that impossible. An easy combo would be to activate this, use Nine Sunlight Traps and if they avoid it use Curse Blood Needle Wave to redirect it, from the stringing of the rain they will be much slower to react and an easy target to finish with the needles. If they are already in the air they are an easier target and if they try to move faster they will touch more of the Keigoku at a higher rate and fall to the effects all the quicker.

If they try to defend with thick Earth defenses Swamp of the Underworld will make them useless, if it is S rank or above I can use Lightning or my own earth to shatter it or fire to melt it or an attack from the ground to force them out from under the shelter.

Yes, the Great Golem technique or hiding underground would be the best ways of defending against this; not going into the air though. To move above the portal, one would first need a means of getting there, and a flying summon would not work. No wind technique would be powerful enough, unless sustained for a period of time which would require too much concentration, to get the user above the portals high in the sky. Because of this, only these earthen defenses would work, and you could easily take advantage of anyone going underground; personally, I would use the fire technique which allows me to create a tunnel and spew fire towards my intended target.
But enough of my talking; you did well. Do you have any questions before we continue?

I suppose we could redirect the rain to converge on them all at once with the needle jutsu? and how long would it take for this to drive a large summon crazy? The rest will probably be cleared up in the jutsu description

You could redirect a few droplets of the Keigoku with Cursed Blood Needle Wave, but not the entirety of [a turn's worth]. And it would take a single drop to make a large summoning begin to resort to more animalistic behavior, with full-turn exposure making them go completely wild against their summoner.

(Togesuzumebachi no Ame) - Rain of Stinging Wasps
Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 ( +5 per turn )
Damage: 60
Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide, causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause. This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use.
By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.
The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles or wars.
There is one more technique, but before we begin on instruction about it, I must first address your ranking. You wear a royal blue mark on the back of your cloak, and from the way it is worn and creased, I can clearly tell it is the same cloak which I wore when I was a Black Knight; the same cloak I wore when I killed three shinobi of Sunagakure as punishment for one man's deeds... Through that cloak, we have a connection, and through the way you think, I can tell that I like you; you are worthy of the cloak you wear.
With that said, we should discuss the concept of The Drain before you begin learning the final technique the Nekura has to offer you. I want you to describe for me, as best you can, what The Drain is, and how you think it works. Afterwards, I'll fill you in on everything you need to know, and you'll practice. Once I'm satisfied that you know how to use The Drain properly, we shall move onto the final jutsu.

The Drain is one of the Nekura's Signature abilities. While Keigoku is touching an enemy we can draw their life force out of them and add it to our own like a vampire. The only part I am not sure on is the degree of the effects in battle.

Erm... Essentially. When Keigoku makes contact with a being with a mind, the Nekura is able to pull the Keigoku back to themselves, and then drain the "mental strength" which the Keigoku took away from the target into their own mind. How exactly it works, as in the mechanics behind it, are currently unknown; sketchy at best. When we add this "mental strength" to ourselves, our mind can block out previously-afflicted pain and allow us to move and fight on despite it. However, afterwards, we feel the full effects of the pain, in addition to any additional pain inflicted upon ourselves due to overworking an injured part of the body, similar to the Eight Inner Gates' after-effects. So only use it if you're willing to take the draw-backs...
Now, to practice, here is a random civilian. I want you to use Keigoku to make him suffer, and then Drain away his mental strength in order to make it so you don't feel this pain.

Mystogan pulls out a kunai and stabs you in the thigh. Leaving the kunai where it is, Mystogan takes a few steps back.
That kunai is special; it's barbed. In addition to the pain you feel now, the pain from pulling it out would be so excruciating that you might pass out before it was fully taken out of your leg. You'll need to use Drain effectively in order to remove the kunai. Or, you know, use Drain to clear your mind of the pain which is clouding it so that you can think of a better way to remove the kunai than ripping it out; whatever conclusion you come to, I'll be waiting for it.

*Flinches in pain from the stab*

"Under...stood" I mutter out between a pained breath.

Looking at the victim I weave four hand seals which opens 8 portals surrounding the hopeless being and cause keigoku to be drawn from them and twist into ropes which wrap around his body and bind him dragging screams from him as the searing pain fries his mind and tortures his soul. As his screams die down as his mind submits to the chakra and he loses consciousness a 9th portal opens at his chest and covers the helpless man in more chakra binding him entirely.

(Their are several ways this could work so I'm going to pick one I like XD)

"Now....Come to me, restore my power, Juubi-Sama"

I channel chakra into my Mark of the Demon to control the chakra and cause it to leave the man and fly towards me and converges on my mark entering my body and easing my pain, my pain tolerance sky rockets and suddenly the once agonizing pain in my leg was gone. Thinking for a second, knowing the pain will return once the effects wear off I channel my water chakra and use Water Replacement Technique turn myself into water letting the kunai fall out on to the floor before returning to normal.

Magnificent; truly wonderful. Now, one thing to keep in mind is that it is capable to Drain back bits and pieces of Keigoku at a time while feeding more into the technique; you don't have to end the jutsu in order to use Drain, you simply need to keep the portals open. Now, do you have any questions before we move onto the final jutsu for you to learn?

Could this be used alongside the rain jutsu? And how long could we keep draining them, is their a known "cap" to our strength, after they pass out can we keep feeding on them, can it be used at any range? If we fed on multiple people either at once or one by one is their a significant effect on us?

Of course it can be used with the Rain jutsu; it can be used with all Keigoku. There is no "cap", nor range dependance. So long as they're alive and in contact with the Keigoku, you may Drain their mental strength. And if you feed on two instead of one, of course you will feel twice as much the effect as if you were to do it on only one. However, be weary; overworking your body with The Drain can be dangerous. However, overworking your boy is the only downside to The Drain, despite it being a dangerous downside.
Anything else you wish to discuss?

Then we move onto the final technique for you to learn. You are to create four portals around yourself, and then release a large influx of Keigoku towards yourself, where it will react with your Mark of the Demon and corrupt your tenketsu. And then, after that, you will become a physical manifestation of Keigoku; your touch will burn minds, and you will gain a coveted ability. Tell me, what all can travel through our portals?

I open four human sized portals around me and draw out a constant stream of Keigoku that I control to go into me flooding my chakra points with the dark chakra until it starts changing my physical being and my body becomes Keigoku itself. My new form is like a shadow has replaced me (maybe for effect, some evil red eyes)

Only one thing can travel through portals. Keigoku

And, if you know what you are right now, you should get where I was going with that question... So, without further a due, I want you to open two portals on the field, one close to you, and one further away. Then, you are to step through the one, passing through the moon where the Juubi lay, and come out the other, just so you can experience the sensation of this form of teleportation.

I close three of the portals around me, leaving one to the left open and open a new portal on the top of a mountain far away. I take a deep breath to brace myself and walk into the pitch black portal arriving on the dark side of the moon in a world of Keigoku. The sight and feeling was unlike anything I had ever felt before, it was like I had seen the garden of eden if it were located in hell. Not wanting the jutsu's effects to wear off and leave me stranded I open another portal on the moon linked to the one on earth and step through, exiting out the other end on the mountain and then releasing my hold on the Keigoku allowing my body to naturally revert back to it's human form as the chakra is expelled from me.

I look down at my palms and whisper

"Unreal"

I use my Flying Wind God technique to walk on air back to you.

"Thank you Mystogan-san, my knowledge of our clan has grown immensely and with it, my bond with Juubi-sama."
