if use withMist Servantgenjutsu to make this an attck type with no extra chakra cost but with only 5 damage.

i relase the pillar above into rain drops.....

i use Raiton Ribon Tegotea no jutsu (Ribbon effect) to channel the lightin through the rain and hit you... This jutsu paralyses for one turn if opponent is hit
