Imo, this is how the battle would go out in my head.

The fight would start off with neji on the high note. He would be getting strikes on tsunade, but then I think tsunade would resort to a summoning and weaken Neji enough to get him on even playing field. Once again neji would get tough hits in, and as a last resort she'll use Infuin:Kai and basically destroy Neji. The only way Neji could win is if he got her before she decided to use Infuin: Kai.

She could easily use creation rebirth if he tried to send her heart into cardiac arrest from his pansy moves. No Tsunade is the strongest in the leaf right now apart from Naruto there no real discussion, if neji really were stronger than her that would mean that hiashi is even more, so why was he never brought up in discussions on who should be Hokage it's because he isn't strong enough to be a hokage and isn't stronger than Tsunade

Gentle fist would be worthless if she did Infuin: Kai. Rotation only lasts for a certain length, and if Neji's going to spam it, then he's just going to be wasting chakra.

Yes thats true but he also has other styles as gentle fist art one blow body which makes the user expel chakra from there body and make them fly like 15 ft so if before she would be able able to land a blow on him i think he would use that to not suffer any damage

actually, hiashi claimed multiple times that he is strongest of the leaf (now that minato and the uchiha are dead and not counting naruto) of the leaf and him and neji always say the hyuuga is the leafs best clan (i assume because the senju and uchiha are no longer around)

im not saying gentle fist is just that strong. but because tsunade isn't as fast as neji or some othes it may be a bit easier to hit her wuth these atttacks. it would still be difficult to completly beat her though.

Do you think all he can use are jutsus to move her out of the way or kill her? One lucky hit from Tsunade and she can redirect the pathways in his body to make him use his eyes, ears, whatever, instead of using his arms.
