If Shino Attacks Neji with the Bugs, Neji can use Rotation or whatever is that called to blow away shino's bugs or maybe even kill it.So i think neji wins

Neji is a very good counter for shino since shino seems to envelope his opponent in bugs, whereas neji's rotation would destroy all said bugs, and shino using a surprise attack like he did against kankuro would not work since neji has the byakyugan.
And now with air-palm neji has long range attacks that will hit shino being as he is not seen to be that quick.

shino is much smarter than neji. he never deploys all his bugs at once. and he wouldn't let his bugs touch neji's rotation, even if it can expand, shino's bugs are much faster. once neji stops his rotation, the bugs would swarm him from the ground, air, and even underground. sky palm wouldn't be of much use here either. shino would most likely dodge them. if neji tries to get close to shino, no matter how fast neji may be, he can't palm and dodge shino's insects simultaneously. it's just a bad match-up for neji. same thing goes for shino vs shikamaru. it's just...a bad match up. neji has no water-based ninjutsu to nullify any of shino's bugs. there's no way he'd be able to palm EVERY SINGLE BUG either.
shino takes this one, i'd even say with ease.
and next time, plz specify the location and whatnot.
shino not seen to be that quick? shino dodged konan's explosive clones in a split second and wasn't damaged. and just because neji can see the bugs, doesn't mean he can defend against them. as stated before, shino wouldn't let all his bugs get destroyed from neji's rotation.

idk if shino uses his chakra sucking bugs on neji.. neji would be a goner even if he uses rotation

My friend, the whole shino vs konan fight is filler. In the manga all he does is stand there and talk to his father.

Shino may be smart, but neji is also smart. Shino's bugs are not faster than neji is himself as he is one of the fastest members of the rookie nine. Using the byakugan, he could find every single insect and take action according to where they are, including the ones that are inside shino himself. meaning that he could palm and dodge at the same time as per the fighting style of the gentle fist. Also neji doesn't need to palm every single bug, he only needs to get up close with his speed and use eight trigrams 64 palms on his chakra points so the bugs have no food source.
shino is definitely not as fast as neji is. A good example example of neji defending against many small opponents was when neji defended against kidomarus many spiders. Although he doesn't use this justu, the protective eight trigrams 64 palms that hinata used was able to destroy every single bee that came at her. It just shows that the hyuugas would most likely be capable to defend against every single bug.Shinozgr8 said:

I'm gonna decide on this one the easy way... Neji was seen as the strongest Genin before/during the Chuunin exam, between the "background characters" such as Neji, Lee and Shino I doubt alot has changed strength-wise when comparing them so i'm just gonna say Neji.
